Projekti käigus suurendatakse sadamate ja meresõidu ohutust, luuakse kaasaaegsed tingimused sadamateenuse osutamiseks Vilsandi liinil, rajatakse Sviby sadamasse teenindushoone, koos vajaliku kommunikatsiooniga.
