Projekt przewiduje utworzenie na terenie powiatu suwalskiego zintegrowanego szlaku rowerowego pn. „Doliną Czarnej Hańczy”, w tym nowego odcinka szlaku z nowym ciągiem pieszo-rowerowym oraz doposażenie pozostałego odcinka szlaku w tablice informacyjno-edukacyjne, ukazujące różnorodność biol. obszaru oraz zawierające informacje na temat możliwości zmniejszenia oddziaływania człowieka na cenne gatunki roślin i zwierząt. Inwestycja obejmuje: -budowę ciągu pieszo-rowerowego o długości 3,1 km w drodze powiatowej nr 1134B, na odcinku: Suwałki (granica miasta) – Bród Stary – Potasznia, tj. na nowym odcinku szlaku rowerowego; -poszerzenie jezdni drogi powiatowej nr 1134B do szerokości 6 m (wydatek niekwalifikowany); -wykonanie oznakowania szlaku rowerowego (kolorem zielonym); -ustawienie 7 tablic informacyjno-edukacyjnych na całym szlaku rowerowym „Doliną Czarnej Hańczy” (o długości 12,9 km). Ponadto w ramach projektu założono wydatki na nadzór inwestorski, opracowanie dok. technicznej, opracowanie merytoryczne i graficzne oraz wykonanie tablic informacyjno-edukacyjnych szlaku. Wyposażenie całego szlaku rowerowego w taką liczbę tablic informacyjno-edukacyjnych, ukazujących różnorodność biol. terenu i obszary chronione, przez który prowadzi cały szlak „Doliną Czarnej Hańczy”, innowacyjnie nadaje mu charakter rowerowej ścieżki eduk. Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane na obszarach chronionych - przede wszystkim w granicach Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu „Pojezierze Północnej Suwalszczyzny” i obszaru Natura 2000 „Jeleniewo” oraz w mniejszym zakresie na terenie Suwalskiego Parku Krajobrazowego i jego otuliny oraz obszaru Natura 2000 „Ostoja Suwalska”. Głównym celem projektu jest promocja bioróżnorodności i odpowiedzialne udostępnienie turystyczne obszarów chronionych powiatu suwalskiego. Inwestycja przyczyni się do osiągnięcia nast. wsk. produktu: -liczba wspartych form ochrony przyrody-4 szt.; -dł. utworzonych szl. tur.-3,1 km; -dł. odnowionych szl. tur.-9,8 km. (Polish)

The project provides for the creation of an integrated cycling route in the Suwalski district. The ‘Black Hańcza Valley’, including a new section of the trail with a new walking-bicycle and retrofitting the remaining section of the trail with information and educational boards, showing the diversity of the biol. of the area and providing information on the potential to reduce human impact on valuable plant and animal species. The investment includes: — construction of a 3,1 km long walking-bike route on district road No 1134B, on the section of: Suwałki (city border) – Bród Stary – Potasznia, i.e. on a new section of the cycling route; — widening the carriageway of district road No 1134B to a width of 6 m (non-qualified expenditure); — implementation of the cycling route marking (green); —the setting of 7 information and educational boards throughout the cycle route “Czarna Hańczy Valley” (12.9 km long). In addition, the project included expenditure on investor supervision, development of technical docs, substantive and graphical development and implementation of information and educational boards of the route. Equipping the entire cycling trail with such a number of information and educational boards, showing the diversity of biol. terrain and protected areas, through which the entire “Black Hańcza Valley” route leads, it innovates the character of a cycle path of education. The project will be implemented in protected areas – primarily within the protected landscape area “North Suwalszczyzny Lake District” and the Natura 2000 “Jeleniawo” site and, to a lesser extent, in the Suwalski Landscape Park and its surroundings and the Natura 2000 site “Ostoja Suwalska”. The main objective of the project is the promotion of biodiversity and the responsible provision of tourist areas protected by the Suwalski district. The investment will contribute to achieving the following product: —number of supported forms of nature conservation-4 items; —long. tur. 3,1 km; — refurbished tour of 9.8 km. (English)
