Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrud.os.młodych do 29r.ż.,pozostających bez pracy w powiecie olsztyńskim.Gł.rezultatem projektu będzie osiąg.minimal. poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskim kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci)przez 44%os, minimalnego poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup przez 59,5%os zarejestrowanych w UPPO. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie UPPO realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Uczestnikami projektu jest 367os młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w UPPO jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET, przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020. Planowane w ramach projektu formy wsparcia to:staże dla 227os.,bony szkoleniowe dla 10os, bony na zasied. dla 30os.oraz dof.na podjęcie dział.gosp.dla70os.,dla 30os. szkolenia(indywidualne).Okres realizacji projektu01.01.2021r.-31.12.2022r.Realizacja projektu będzie zgodna z kryteriami dostępu określonymi w Rocznym Planie Działania na 2020/2 rok.Efektem projektu będą wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu-patrz3.1.1. The aim of the project is to increase the potential for young people to 29 years old, remaining unemployed in Olsztyn County. The result of the project will be the achievement of the minimum level of employment efficiency for the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3), immigrants, re-emigrants) by 44 %, the minimum level of employment efficiency for other non-members of the above groups by 59.5 % of those registered in the UPPO. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the UPPO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The participants in the project are 367os of young people aged 18-29 without a job, including persons with disabilities, registered in the UPPO as unemployed, of which at least 60 % are persons who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth), as defined by the NEET category, adopted in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.
