Η πράξη αφορά στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου του 3ου Δημοτικού Σχολείου και Νηπιαγωγείου Ελασσόνας. Πρόκειται για υφιστάμενο σχολικό κτίριο Ενεργειακής Κατηγορίας Z, το οποίο αναμένεται να αναβαθμιστεί σε Κατηγορία Α με βελτίωση των ενεργειακών χαρακτηριστικών του.Η ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου περιλαμβάνει τις εξής παρεμβάσεις:Εφαρμογή θερμομόνωσης στο κέλυφος του κτιρίου (τοίχοι, δώματα, στέγες), την αντικατάσταση των κουφωμάτων, την αναβάθμιση του συστήματος θέρμανσης (Λέβητας και θερμαντικά σώματα), την αντικατάσταση φωτιστικών σωμάτων με νέα τύπου LED, την εγκατάσταση φωτοβολταϊκού συστήματος. Από την λειτουργία της πράξης αναμένεται η μείωση της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας του κτιρίου και η μείωση των εκπομπών CO2 μέσω της αναβάθμισης της Κατηγορίας Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης του κτιρίου, και παράλληλα η αναβάθμιση των συνθηκών θερμικής άνεσης και, κατ επέκταση, η ποιοτική βελτίωση των συνθηκών λειτουργίας του σχολείου και της διαβίωσης των μαθητών και του εκπαιδευτικού προσωπικού. The action concerns the energy upgrade of the building of the 3rd Primary School and the Kindergarten of Elassona. It is an existing school building of Energy Class Z, which is expected to be upgraded to Category A with improvement of its energy characteristics.The energy upgrade of the building includes the following interventions:Application of thermal insulation on the building’s shell (walls, roofs, replacement of windows), the upgrading of the heating system (boilers and radiators), the replacement of luminaires with new type LEDs, the installation of photovoltaic system. The operation of the operation is expected to reduce the energy consumption of the building and reduce CO2 emissions through the upgrading of the Energy Efficiency Class of the building, while at the same time upgrading the thermal comfort conditions and, by extension, the qualitative improvement of the operating conditions of the school and the living conditions of pupils and educational staff.
