Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia 30 osób nieaktywnych zawodowo w wieku 15-29 lat znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, zamieszkujących powiat szczycieński. Projekt zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie przez zastosowanie łącznie co najmniej 3 instrumentów wsparcia dostosowanych do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników, wynikających z ich aktualnego stanu wiedzy, posiadanych umiejętności oraz doświadczenia tj.- Indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe,- Szkolenia zawodowe w wymiarze średnio 110 godzin dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy,- Trzymiesięczne staże zawodowe dla 20 uczestników- Pośrednictwo pracy tj. przedstawienie każdemu uczestnikowi kończącemu staż lub szkolenie ofert pracy dopasowanych do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestnikaW grupie docelowej znajdą się osoby bierne zawodowo (80%) oraz bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w Urzędzie Pracy (20% ogółu). Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami (min.70%). Rekrutacja uwzględni także kryterium płci by zachować udział 17 kobiet i 13 mężczyzn. Zakończenie realizacji projektu zaplanowane jest na grudzień 2019 roku. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the activity and employability of 30 inactive people aged 15-29 years who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, residing in the district of Szczętsk. The project assumes comprehensive support by using a total of at least 3 support instruments tailored to the individual needs of participants, resulting from their current state of knowledge, their skills and experience i.e.- Individual career guidance,- Vocational training of an average of 110 hours adapted to the skills and predisposition of participants and needs of the local labour market,- Three-month internships for 20 participants- Job intermediation, i.e. presentation to each participant completing an internship or training job offers tailored to the skills and the needs of the local labour market,- Three-month internships for 20 participants- Job intermediation, i.e. presentation to each participant completing an internship or training job offers tailored to the skills and predispositions of the participants (80 % of the applicants) will find the non-vocational capacity in the group of participants. The main focus will be on support for low-skilled people (min.70 %). Recruitment will also take into account the gender criterion to preserve the participation of 17 women and 13 men. Completion of the project is scheduled for December 2019. (English)
