POWIAT WĄGROWIECKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WĄGROWCU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wągrowieckim. Projekt jest formą wsparcia dla bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn, którym trudno samodzielnie wejść lub powrócić na rynek pracy. Projekt rozpocznie się od stycznia 2017 roku i będzie trwał do marca 2018 roku, rekrutacja zakończy się do dnia 31.03.2018 roku. Zakłada on objęcie wsparciem 275 bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowanych do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji dla każdego z uczestników w ramach projektu, poprzedzone zostanie analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/uczestniczki. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie zdobycie przez osoby bezrobotne kwalifikacji zawodowych i doświadczenia zawodowego, a w efekcie zatrudnienia. Realizacja projektu będzie spełniała standard minimum, zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych i zasad równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w funduszach unijnych na lata 2014-2020. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the novads of anthrax.The project is a form of support for unemployed women and men who are difficult to enter or re-enter the labour market.The project will start from January 2017 and will last until March 2018, and will be completed by 31.03.2018.It provides for 275 unemployed women and men aged 18-29 to be eligible for the first aid profile (so-called ‘active unemployed’) and/or second aid profile (the so-called “need for support”).The presentation of a specific activation offer for each participant in the project will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant (s) concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The main output of the project will be the achievement by the unemployed of professional qualifications and work experience and, as a result, of employment.The project will meet the minimum standard, in accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for disabled persons and the principles of equal opportunities for women and men in EU funds for the period 2014-2020.
