Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa termomodernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy w Gronowie Elbląskim, a więc poprawa atrakcyjności Gminy Gronowo Elbląskie. Budynek zlokalizowany jest przy ul. Łączności 3 w Gronowie Elbląskim. Budynek znajduje się na terenie działki o numerze: 68 obręb 0004, Gronowo Elbląskie, jednostka ewidencyjna 280403_2. Powierzchnia użytkowa netto budynków poddawanych termomodernizacji: to 1155,32 m2 Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym obiektu i projektami budowlanymi dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektu parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: • Modernizacja przegrody Dach – budynek pomocniczy • Modernizacja przegrody Stropodach wentylowany • Modernizacja przegrody Brama ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ • Modernizacja przegrody O3 pomieszczenia gospodarcze ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ • Modernizacja przegrody O1 biura ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ • Modernizacja przegrody Ściana zewnętrzna pom. gospodarcze • Modernizacja przegrody DZ1 drzwi wejściowe ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ • Modernizacja przegrody Ściana zewnętrzna gr. 48 cm • Modernizacja przegrody Ścian zewnętrzna gr. 24 cm • Modernizacja przegrody DZ2 drzwi stalowe ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ • Modernizacja systemu grzewczego • Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachu moc 17,76 kWp wraz z podkonstrukcją Cele projektu są ponadto spójne z celami horyzontalnymi wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM z uwagi na założoną racjonalizację i spadek zużycia energii w budynkach publicznych osiągniętą w efekcie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku oraz wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii. The subject of the project is a deep, comprehensive thermal modernisation of the public utility building of the Municipality Office in Elbląski, thus improving the attractiveness of the Gronowo Elbląskie Commune. The building is located at ul. Communications 3 in Gronów Elbląski. The building is located in the area of the plot numbered: 68 perimeter 0004, Gronowo Elbląskie, cadastral unit 280403_2. Net usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation: 1 155.32 m² According to the energy audit of the facility and construction projects, it is necessary to carry out the following material range of thermomodernisation works in order to achieve optimal energy parameters for the facility: • Modernisation of the partition Roof — auxiliary building • Modernisation of the Stropodach partition ventilated • Modernisation of the partition “Gravity ventilation” Gate • Modernisation of the partition O3 utility rooms “Gravity ventilation” • Modernisation of the partition O1 office “Gravity ventilation” • Modernisation of the partition Exterior wall of the economic wall • Modernisation of the DZ1 entrance door “Gravity ventilation” • Wall partition modernisation external gr. 48 cm • Modernisation of the partition Exterior wall gr. 24 cm • Modernisation of the partition DZ2 steel door “Gravity ventilation” • Modernisation of the heating system • Installation of a photovoltaic installation on the roof power 17.76 kWp and substructure The objectives of the project are also consistent with the horizontal objectives set for projects of this type in the WiM ROP for 2014-2020. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP ROP WiM due to the assumed rationalisation and decrease in energy consumption in public buildings achieved as a result of a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the building and the use of renewable energy sources.
