    Schools and social services records in involved communities show increase in youth behavioral problems of younger than 14. Out of 140 recorded annualy in Bor 55% are younger than 14 with problems of overcoming development crises. More youth are involved in substance probes, destructive behavior, low achievement, school leaving, and communities lack mechanisms of enabling quality, continuous and comprehensive monitoring, support and empowerment of this group. Main project objective: Contributing to preventing vulnerable groups from leaving school realizing Strategy documents in the field of supporting and strengthening youth at the level of developmental and non-developmental crisis, diverting them from streets and risky behavior in Bor and Resita based on Romania and Serbia Youth Strategies. Target group are school aged youth (950) 10-19 years old. Project develops preventive development support model to youth through Clubs with inclusive content encouraging and stimulating prosocial behavior, diverting from risky behavior and supporting continuing schooling. It encourages socio-cultural inclusion connects over the border.Key activities are: - Creating and designing promo material and project publication: - Educating educators (44) preventive activities leaders (’’Creating and leading support group helping youth at risk and training team increasing social and emotional maturity” and volunteers (20) joint trainings, intercultural exchanges, joint cross-Border cultural - artistic youth expression (40) and Exchange of good practices (24), - Establishing Clubs for supporting preventive–developmental needs of youth in Bor and Resita (Technical equipping of two Clubs and a mobile club and organizing activities), - Implementation group of preventive - developmental club activities in Bor and Resita; Activities strengthening youth to continue schooling, Workshops increasing social skills and inclusion of youth (Artistic workshops), - Transfer of practice increasing awareness of social and cultural inclusion, - Activities in community: Organizing two final regional conferences and final concert in Bor and Caras-Severin District-Joint cross-border cultural-artistic exchange. For 12 month expected results:Network of trained teams of volunteers and experts for continuous and long term activities of support to socio-cultural integration, continuing schooling and diverting youth from entering risky behavior in involved cross-border communities. Effective model of inclusive socio-cultural contents in three established functional Clubs and mobile club for preventive developmental needs of youth and cultural activities of connecting, integration and improvement of cross-border area. Network of trained teams supportschooling, prosocial behavior and establish tradition of cross-border cultural exchange strengthening cross-border region. Support model is innovative and sustainability is provided by trained teams. (English)
