Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy nominalnej 49,4 kW wraz z elementami niezbędnymi do jej funkcjonowania i z konstrukcją wsporczą pod panele na dachu obiektu leczniczo-uzdrowiskowego „Muszelka” B, zlokalizowanego przy ul. Rodziewiczówny 13 w Kołobrzegu. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Osoby zatrudnione w UKSA odpowiedzialne za prawidłową realizację projektu tworzą Zespół Roboczy w skład, którego wejdą doświadczeni w zakresie swoich obowiązków pracownicy Wnioskodawcy. Zespół składa się z: Przewodniczącego Zespołu – Prezesa Zarządu, Koordynatora projektu – Kierownika Działu Eksploatacyjnego oraz członków: Kierownika S.U. „Muszelka” i Głównego Księgowego. Zakres obowiązków poszczególnych członków Zespołu opisano w rozdz. 3.2.2.1 SW. W ramach realizacji zadania Wnioskodawca planuje zatrudnienie Nadzoru Inwestorskiego, zaś poza budżetem projektu – Inżyniera Projektu, odpowiedzialnego za skuteczne rozliczenie dotacji UE zgodnie z wytycznymi RPO WZ 2014-2020. Główne etapy implementacji rzeczowej projektu zakładają: wybór wykonawców robót i promocji (podmioty zewnętrzne), realizacja inwestycji, dokonanie odbioru i uruchomienie instalacji. Przez cały okres wdrażania przedsięwzięcia będzie prowadzona jego dokumentacja, rozliczenia finansowe, wymagana sprawozdawczość i promocja [szczegóły: rozdz. 3.2.2.2 SW]. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a nominal power of 49.4 kW, together with elements necessary for its operation and a supporting structure for the panels on the roof of the medical and spa facility “Muszelka” B, located at ul. Family 13 in Kolobrzeg. The project is stationary. Persons employed at UKSA responsible for the proper implementation of the project form a Working Team, which will be composed of experienced employees of the Applicant in the scope of their duties. The team consists of: Chairman of the Team — President of the Management Board, Project Coordinator — Head of Operations Unit and members: Head of S.U. “Muszelka” and Chief Accountant. The responsibilities of individual members of the Team are described in chapter. 3.2.2.1 SW. As part of the task, the Applicant plans to employ Investor Supervision, and beyond the project budget — Project Engineer, responsible for the effective settlement of EU grants in accordance with the guidelines of ROP WZ 2014-2020. The main stages of the substantive implementation of the project include: selection of contractors for works and promotions (external entities), realisation of the investment, commissioning and commissioning of the installation.
