Das Pilotprojekt Virtuelles Klassenzimmmer"Berufsbezogene Sprachfördreung bundesweit-Telekom" soll die Teilnehmer während ihrer Einstiegsqualifizierung oder Ausbildung berufsfachsprachlich unterstützen. Die Teilnehmer werden nach einem vorgegebenen Stundenplan 2mal wöchentlich in individuellen Lerngruppen à 6 Personen unterrichtet. Dieser individuelle Plan besteht aus einer Kombination von Themengebieten, die auf die Ausbildungsinhalte zugeschnitten sind. Diese werden von den Teilnehmern mittels verschiedener Wortschatz- und Sprachübungen bearbeitet , so dass sie zum Ende der Themengebiete in der Lage sind, sich sprachlich sicher in ihrem Ausbildungsfeld zu bewegen. Gleichzeitig sind diesen inhaltlich festgelegten Modulen bestimmte Lernziele im Bereich der Grammatik zugeordnet. Die grammatikalischen Lernziele sind so angeordnet, dass sie vom Schwierigkeitsgrad aufeinander aufbauen. Didaktisch wird dabei mit unterschiedlichen Übungstypen auf mehreren Lernebenen (Grammatik, Schriftlicher und Mündlicher Ausdruck, Phonetik) gearbeitet. Eine Kombination verschiedener Maßnahmen soll die Teilnehmer darin unterstützen, Probleme währen der Ausbildungsphase bzw. währen der Phase der Einstiegsqualifizierung zu bewältigen. Methodisch gehen wir von einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz aus, der den fachlich-theoretischen Unterricht sowie die Sprachvermittlung mit der Entwicklung von Handlungs-, Sach- und Sozialkompetenz verbindet. Einerseits soll die sprachliche Kompetenz hinsichtlich berufsbezogener Deutschkenntnisse sowohl im mündlichen als auch im schriftlichen Bereich entscheidend verbessert werden. Andererseits wird den Teilnehmern individuelle Beratung und Hilfestellung während ihrer Ausbildung und der Umsetzung der individuellen Ziele angeboten. (German)

The pilot project Virtual Class Zimmmer “Professional Language Association bundesweit-Telekom” is intended to support participants during their initial qualification or vocational training. Participants are taught 2 times a week in individual groups of 6 persons according to a predefined timetable. This individual plan consists of a combination of topics tailored to the training content. These are processed by the participants through various vocabulary and language exercises, so that at the end of the subject areas they are able to move linguistically safely in their field of training. At the same time, these modules are assigned to specific learning objectives in the field of grammar. The grammatical learning goals are arranged in such a way that they build on each other from the level of difficulty. Didactic work is done with different types of exercises on several learning levels (grammar, written and oral expression, phonetics). A combination of different measures is intended to help participants cope with problems during the training phase or during the initial qualification phase. Methodologically, we assume a holistic approach that combines technical-theoretical teaching as well as language mediation with the development of action, material and social skills. On the one hand, language competence in terms of professional German skills in both oral and written fields will be significantly improved. On the other hand, the participants are offered individual advice and assistance during their training and the implementation of individual goals. (English)

Le projet pilote a pour but de soutenir les participants au cours de leur qualification initiale ou de leur formation professionnelle dans le domaine de la langue professionnelle. Les participants sont enseignés deux fois par semaine dans des groupes d’apprentissage individuels de 6 personnes selon un horaire prédéterminé. Ce plan individuel se compose d’une combinaison de thèmes adaptés au contenu de la formation. Ceux-ci sont traités par les participants au moyen de divers exercices de vocabulaire et de langue, de sorte qu’ils sont en mesure, à la fin des thèmes, de se déplacer en toute sécurité dans leur domaine de formation. Dans le même temps, des objectifs d’apprentissage spécifiques dans le domaine de la grammaire sont attribués à ces modules de contenu. Les objectifs d’apprentissage grammaticaux sont disposés de telle sorte qu’ils s’accumulent l’un sur l’autre à partir du niveau de difficulté. D’un point de vue didactique, on travaille avec différents types d’exercices à différents niveaux d’apprentissage (grammaire, expression écrite et orale, phonétique). Une combinaison de différentes mesures vise à aider les participants à résoudre les problèmes qui se posent au cours de la phase de formation ou de qualification initiale. Sur le plan méthodologique, nous partons d’une approche holistique qui relie l’enseignement technique et théorique ainsi que l’enseignement des langues au développement des compétences d’action, matérielles et sociales. D’une part, il s’agit d’améliorer considérablement la compétence linguistique en ce qui concerne les connaissances professionnelles de l’allemand, tant dans le domaine oral que dans le domaine écrit. D’autre part, des conseils et une assistance personnalisés sont offerts aux participants au cours de leur formation et de la réalisation des objectifs individuels. (French)

Het proefproject Virtual Class Zimmmer „Professional Language Association bundesweit-Telekom” is bedoeld om deelnemers te ondersteunen tijdens hun basiskwalificatie of beroepsopleiding. Deelnemers krijgen 2 keer per week les in individuele groepen van 6 personen volgens een vooraf gedefinieerd tijdschema. Dit individuele plan bestaat uit een combinatie van onderwerpen die zijn afgestemd op de inhoud van de training. Deze worden door de deelnemers verwerkt door middel van verschillende woordenschat- en taaloefeningen, zodat ze aan het einde van de vakgebieden in staat zijn om taalkundig veilig te bewegen in hun vakgebied. Tegelijkertijd worden deze modules toegewezen aan specifieke leerdoelen op het gebied van grammatica. De grammaticale leerdoelen zijn zodanig opgesteld dat ze vanuit het moeilijkheidsniveau op elkaar voortbouwen. Didactisch werk wordt gedaan met verschillende soorten oefeningen op verschillende leerniveaus (grammatica, schriftelijke en mondelinge expressie, fonetica). Een combinatie van verschillende maatregelen is bedoeld om deelnemers te helpen omgaan met problemen tijdens de opleidingsfase of tijdens de initiële kwalificatiefase. Methodologisch gaan we uit van een holistische aanpak die zowel technisch-theoretisch onderwijs als taalbemiddeling combineert met de ontwikkeling van actie, materiële en sociale vaardigheden. Enerzijds zal de talenkennis op het gebied van de Duitse beroepsvaardigheden zowel op mondeling als op schriftelijk gebied aanzienlijk worden verbeterd. Aan de andere kant krijgen de deelnemers individueel advies en bijstand tijdens hun opleiding en de uitvoering van individuele doelen. (Dutch)

Il progetto pilota Virtual Class Zimmmer "Professional Language Association bundesweit-Telekom" ha lo scopo di sostenere i partecipanti durante la loro qualifica iniziale o formazione professionale. I partecipanti sono tenuti 2 volte alla settimana in gruppi individuali di 6 persone secondo un orario predefinito. Questo piano individuale consiste in una combinazione di argomenti adattati al contenuto della formazione. Questi sono elaborati dai partecipanti attraverso vari vocaboli e esercizi linguistici, in modo che alla fine delle aree tematiche siano in grado di muoversi linguisticamente in sicurezza nel loro campo di formazione. Allo stesso tempo, questi moduli sono assegnati a specifici obiettivi di apprendimento nel campo della grammatica. Gli obiettivi di apprendimento grammaticale sono organizzati in modo tale che si costruiscono l'uno sull'altro dal livello di difficoltà. Il lavoro didattico si svolge con diversi tipi di esercizi su diversi livelli di apprendimento (grammatica, espressione scritta e orale, fonetica). Una combinazione di diverse misure è destinata ad aiutare i partecipanti a far fronte ai problemi durante la fase di formazione o durante la fase di qualificazione iniziale. Dal punto di vista metodologico, assumiamo un approccio olistico che combina l'insegnamento tecnico-teorico e la mediazione linguistica con lo sviluppo di competenze di azione, materiali e sociali. Da un lato, le competenze linguistiche in termini di competenze professionali tedesche in campo orale e scritto saranno notevolmente migliorate. D'altro canto, ai partecipanti viene offerta consulenza e assistenza individuali durante la loro formazione e l'attuazione dei singoli obiettivi. (Italian)

El proyecto piloto de la clase virtual Zimmmer «Asociación de idiomas profesionales bundesweit-Telekom» tiene por objeto apoyar a los participantes durante su cualificación inicial o su formación profesional. Los participantes se enseñan 2 veces a la semana en grupos individuales de 6 personas según un horario predefinido. Este plan individual consiste en una combinación de temas adaptados al contenido de la formación. Estos son procesados por los participantes a través de varios ejercicios de vocabulario y lenguaje, de modo que al final de las áreas temáticas puedan moverse lingüísticamente de forma segura en su campo de formación. Al mismo tiempo, estos módulos se asignan a objetivos de aprendizaje específicos en el campo de la gramática. Los objetivos de aprendizaje gramatical se organizan de tal manera que se construyen entre sí a partir del nivel de dificultad. El trabajo didáctico se realiza con diferentes tipos de ejercicios en varios niveles de aprendizaje (gramática, expresión escrita y oral, fonética). Una combinación de diferentes medidas está destinada a ayudar a los participantes a hacer frente a los problemas durante la fase de formación o durante la fase de cualificación inicial. Metodológicamente, asumimos un enfoque holístico que combina tanto la enseñanza técnico-teórica como la mediación lingüística con el desarrollo de habilidades de acción, materiales y sociales. Por una parte, se mejorará significativamente la competencia lingüística en términos de competencias profesionales en alemán tanto en el ámbito oral como en el escrito.
