Deutschland und das Land Baden-Württemberg verdanken einen Großteil ihres Wohlstandes der Fähigkeit, schnell und immer wieder innovative Produkte auf den Weltmarkt zu bringen. Die in der Forschungsfabrik Karlsruhe zu entwickelnde Methodik zielt direkt darauf ab, solche Vorsprünge bei neuen, herausfordernden Fertigungsverfahren systematisch auszubauen. Schon sehr früh, wenn die für ein neues Produkt erforderlichen Fertigungsprozesse noch nicht vollständig verstanden und beherrscht werden, sollen trotzdem qualitativ hochwertige Produkte hergestellt werden: Die in der Forschungsfabrik zu entwickelnde Methodik soll es ermöglichen, den unreifen Fertigungsprozess auf Basis von Sensor- und Messdaten zu einem prozesssicheren und profitablen Prozess zu entwickeln. Mit der signifikant kürzeren Time-to-Market können die Zielmärkte neuer Produkte schon sehr viel früher als heute mit einer üblichen kostengünstigen Serienfertigung erobert werden. (German)

Germany and the state of Baden-Württemberg owe much of their wealth to the ability to quickly and repeatedly bring innovative products to the world market. The methodology to be developed at Forschungsfabrik Karlsruhe aims directly to systematically expand such advances in new, challenging manufacturing processes. At a very early stage, if the manufacturing processes required for a new product are not yet fully understood and mastered, high-quality products should nevertheless be manufactured: The methodology to be developed in the research factory is intended to make it possible to develop the immature manufacturing process based on sensor and measurement data into a process-safe and profitable process. With the significantly shorter time-to-market, the target markets of new products can be conquered much earlier than today with a usual cost-effective series production. (English)

L’Allemagne et le Land de Bade-Wurtemberg doivent une grande partie de leur prospérité à la capacité de commercialiser rapidement et sans cesse des produits innovants sur le marché mondial. La méthodologie à développer dans l’usine de recherche de Karlsruhe vise directement à développer systématiquement de telles projections dans de nouveaux procédés de fabrication difficiles. Très tôt, si les processus de fabrication requis pour un nouveau produit ne sont pas encore pleinement compris et maîtrisés, des produits de haute qualité doivent néanmoins être fabriqués: La méthodologie à développer dans l’usine de recherche doit permettre de transformer le processus de fabrication immature sur la base de données de capteurs et de mesures en un processus sûr et rentable. Avec le délai de mise sur le marché nettement plus court, les marchés cibles de nouveaux produits peuvent être conquis bien plus tôt qu’aujourd’hui avec une production en série standard à faible coût. De bij Forschungsfabrik Karlsruhe te ontwikkelen methodologie is rechtstreeks gericht op het systematisch uitbreiden van dergelijke vooruitgang in nieuwe, uitdagende productieprocessen. Als de voor een nieuw product vereiste fabricageprocessen nog niet volledig zijn begrepen en beheerst, moeten echter producten van hoge kwaliteit in een zeer vroeg stadium worden vervaardigd: De in de onderzoeksfabriek te ontwikkelen methodologie is bedoeld om het onvolwassen productieproces op basis van sensor- en meetgegevens te ontwikkelen tot een procesveilig en winstgevend proces. Met de aanzienlijk kortere time-to-market, kunnen de doelmarkten van nieuwe producten veel eerder dan vandaag worden veroverd met een gebruikelijke kosteneffectieve serieproductie. (Dutch)

La metodologia da sviluppare a Forschungsfabrik Karlsruhe mira direttamente a espandere sistematicamente tali progressi in nuovi e impegnativi processi di produzione. In una fase molto precoce, se i processi di fabbricazione necessari per un nuovo prodotto non sono ancora pienamente compresi e padroneggiati, i prodotti di alta qualità dovrebbero comunque essere fabbricati: La metodologia da sviluppare nello stabilimento di ricerca è intesa a consentire di sviluppare il processo di fabbricazione immatura basato su sensori e dati di misura in un processo sicuro e redditizio. Con il time-to-market significativamente più breve, i mercati di riferimento dei nuovi prodotti possono essere conquistati molto prima di oggi con una produzione di serie a basso costo. (Italian)

La metodología que se desarrollará en Forschungsfabrik Karlsruhe tiene como objetivo ampliar sistemáticamente estos avances en nuevos y desafiantes procesos de fabricación. En una fase muy temprana, si los procesos de fabricación necesarios para un nuevo producto aún no se entienden y dominan plenamente, los productos de alta calidad deben fabricarse sin embargo: La metodología que se desarrollará en la fábrica de investigación tiene por objeto hacer posible el desarrollo del proceso de fabricación inmaduro basado en datos de sensores y mediciones en un proceso seguro y rentable. Con el tiempo de comercialización significativamente más corto, los mercados objetivo de nuevos productos pueden ser conquistados mucho antes que hoy con una producción en serie rentable habitual.
