Die Planung und Durchführung des Projektes "Stärkung der berufsbezogenen Sprachkompetenz für Personen mit Migrationshintergrund" in der gewerblich-technischen Fachrichtung erfolgt strikt nach den Fördergrundsätzen des ESF-BAMFProgrammes. Im Mittelpunkt des Projektes steht die Verbesserung des individuellen Sprachniveaus der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer in allen 4 Teilbereichen des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmens sowie der Erwerb und die Festigung beruflichen Vokabulars. Die Teilnehmer sollen in diesem Kurs ihren Sprach- und Wissensstand ausbauen, um ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten für die Aufnahme einer Erwerbstätigkeit, einer Ausbildung oder für eine freiberufliche Beschäftigung zu entwickeln und auszubauen. Deshalb sind im Fachunterricht vor allem als Ziele der eigenständige und zeitoptimierte Umgang mit dem PC und das Bewerbungstraining zu nennen. Das 4-wöchige Praktikum bietet den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern einen Einblick in den Arbeitsalltag und evtl. den Einstieg in den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Dabei sollten sich die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen aktiv einbringen. Eine Besonderheit des Kurses besteht in der Teilung des Fachunterrichts in 2 Gruppen - Qualifizierung Metall bzw. Lager/Logistik. (German)

The planning and implementation of the project “Strengthening vocational language competence for people with a migrant background” in the industrial and technical field is strictly based on the funding principles of the ESF-BAMF programme. The project focuses on improving the individual language level of participants in all 4 strands of the Common European Framework of Reference, as well as the acquisition and consolidation of professional vocabulary. The aim of this course is to increase their level of language and knowledge in order to develop and develop their individual skills for gainful employment, training or freelance employment. For this reason, the objectives of independent and time-optimised handling of the PC and application training are to be mentioned in specialist teaching. The 4-week internship offers participants an insight into everyday work and possibly the entry into the German labour market. Participants should be actively involved in this process. A special feature of the course is the division of the subject course into 2 groups — qualification metal or warehouse/logistics. (English)

La planification et la mise en œuvre du projet «Renforcement des compétences linguistiques professionnelles pour les personnes issues de l’immigration» dans le domaine technique et commercial sont strictement conformes aux principes de financement du programme BAMF du FSE. Le projet se concentre sur l’amélioration du niveau linguistique individuel des participants dans les quatre volets du Cadre européen commun de référence, ainsi que sur l’acquisition et la consolidation du vocabulaire professionnel. Dans le cadre de ce cours, les participants développeront leur niveau linguistique et leur niveau de connaissances afin de développer et de développer leurs compétences individuelles en matière d’emploi, de formation ou d’emploi indépendant. C’est la raison pour laquelle, dans l’enseignement technique, il convient de mentionner avant tout comme objectifs d’une utilisation autonome et optimisée du temps avec le PC et la formation à la demande. Le stage de 4 semaines offre aux participants un aperçu du travail quotidien et, éventuellement, l’entrée sur le marché du travail allemand. Les participants devraient participer activement à ce processus. Une particularité du cours est la division de l’enseignement technique en 2 groupes — qualification métal ou entrepôt/logistique. De planning en uitvoering van het project „Versterking van de vakkennis voor mensen met een migrantenachtergrond” op industrieel en technisch gebied is strikt gebaseerd op de financieringsbeginselen van het ESF-BAMF-programma. Het project is gericht op het verbeteren van het individuele taalniveau van deelnemers aan alle vier onderdelen van het gemeenschappelijk Europees referentiekader, alsook op de verwerving en consolidatie van professionele woordenschat. Het doel van deze cursus is om hun taal- en kennisniveau te verhogen om hun individuele vaardigheden voor een winstgevende baan, opleiding of freelance baan te ontwikkelen en te ontwikkelen. Daarom moeten de doelstellingen van een onafhankelijke en tijdsgeoptimaliseerde behandeling van de PC en de applicatietraining in het gespecialiseerde onderwijs worden vermeld. De 4 weken durende stage biedt deelnemers inzicht in het dagelijkse werk en eventueel de toegang tot de Duitse arbeidsmarkt. De deelnemers moeten actief bij dit proces worden betrokken. La pianificazione e l'attuazione del progetto "Rafforzare la competenza linguistica professionale per le persone provenienti da un contesto migratorio" nel settore industriale e tecnico è strettamente basata sui principi di finanziamento del programma FSE-BAMF. Il progetto si concentra sul miglioramento del livello linguistico individuale dei partecipanti in tutti e 4 gli aspetti del Quadro comune europeo di riferimento, nonché sull'acquisizione e il consolidamento del vocabolario professionale. L'obiettivo di questo corso è quello di aumentare il loro livello di lingua e conoscenza al fine di sviluppare e sviluppare le loro competenze individuali per un lavoro retribuito, formazione o lavoro freelance. Per questo motivo, gli obiettivi della gestione indipendente e ottimizzata nel tempo del PC e della formazione applicativa devono essere menzionati nell'insegnamento specialistico. Lo stage di 4 settimane offre ai partecipanti una panoramica del lavoro quotidiano e, eventualmente, l'ingresso nel mercato del lavoro tedesco. La planificación y ejecución del proyecto «Fortalecimiento de las competencias lingüísticas profesionales para las personas de origen migrante» en el ámbito industrial y técnico se basa estrictamente en los principios de financiación del programa FSE-BAMF. El proyecto se centra en la mejora del nivel lingüístico individual de los participantes en los cuatro capítulos del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia, así como en la adquisición y consolidación del vocabulario profesional. El objetivo de este curso es aumentar su nivel de lengua y conocimientos con el fin de desarrollar y desarrollar sus capacidades individuales para un empleo remunerado, formación o empleo independiente. Por esta razón, los objetivos del manejo independiente y optimizado en el tiempo del PC y la formación de aplicaciones deben mencionarse en la enseñanza especializada.
