Το έργο αφορά στη δημιουργία Κέντρου Κοινότητας στο Δήμο Χαλανδρίου το οποίο θα εξυπηρετεί όλους τους κατοίκους του δήμου, με προτεραιότητα στις ευπαθείς ομάδες και με στόχο τη διάχυση της πληροφορίας αναφορικά με υπηρεσίες και παροχές κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς όλους τους πολίτες. Επίσης, πέρα από τη διάχυση της πληροφορίας, το Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα παρέχει και υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής ένταξης. Είναι δομές που λειτουργούν συμπληρωματικά, και δεν αντικαθιστούν ή υποκαθιστούν, τις Κοινωνικές Υπηρεσίες των Δήμων, αλλά διευρύνουν το φάσμα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς τους δημότες-ωφελούμενους. Στο Κέντρο Κοινότητας γίνεται υποδοχή και καταγραφή των ωφελουμένων, με στόχο τη διάγνωση των αναγκών τους και την προώθηση τους σε Υπηρεσίες, Δομές και Προγράμματα που υφίστανται την τρέχουσα περίοδο και έχουν ως αντικείμενο την κοινωνική υποστήριξη, ενδυνάμωση και ένταξή τους (ενδεικτικά: ΟΑΕΕΔ, ΕΣΥ, ΚΔΑΠ, Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι, Κέντρα Ψυχικής Υγείας κλπ). Συγχρόνως στο Κέντρο Κοινότητας γίνεται υποδοχή των αιτήσεων για το ΤΕΒΑ, το ΕΕΕ, την ανθρωπιστική βοήθεια και για όλα τα προγράμματα που έχουν αντικείμενο την παροχή κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών. Το Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα περιλαμβάνει και Παράρτημα Ρομα για την εξυπηρέτηση του πληθυσμού της κοινωνικής αυτής ομάδας που διαμένει στο Χαλάνδρι. (Greek)

Le projet concerne la création d’un centre communautaire dans la municipalité de Chalandri, qui sera au service de tous les résidents de la municipalité, en priorité pour les groupes vulnérables et dans le but de diffuser des informations sur les services et services sociaux à tous les citoyens. Outre la diffusion de l’information, le Centre communautaire fournira également des services d’inclusion sociale. Das Projekt betrifft die Schaffung eines Gemeinschaftszentrums in der Gemeinde Chalandri, das allen Bewohnern der Gemeinde dient und vorrangig schutzbedürftigen Gruppen dient und mit dem Ziel, Informationen über soziale Dienstleistungen und Dienstleistungen an alle Bürger zu verbreiten. Neben der Verbreitung von Informationen wird das Gemeinschaftszentrum auch Dienstleistungen zur sozialen Eingliederung anbieten. Es handelt sich um Strukturen, die zusätzlich die Sozialdienste der Gemeinden ersetzen oder ersetzen, sondern das Spektrum der sozialen Dienstleistungen für Bürger/Begünstigte erweitern. Das Gemeinschaftszentrum erhält und registriert die Begünstigten mit dem Ziel, ihre Bedürfnisse zu diagnostizieren und sie in Dienstleistungen, Strukturen und Programmen zu fördern, die während des laufenden Zeitraums existieren und die soziale Unterstützung, Stärkung und Integration von ihnen zum Ziel haben (z. B.: OAEED, NHS, KDAP, Home Help, Mental Health Centres, etc.). Gleichzeitig erhält das Gemeinschaftszentrum Anträge auf FEAD, EIO, humanitäre Hilfe und alle Programme zur Erbringung von Sozialdienstleistungen. Das Gemeinschaftszentrum wird auch einen Roma-Anhang für die Bevölkerung dieser sozialen Gruppe mit Wohnsitz in Chalandri enthalten. (German)

Het project betreft de oprichting van een communautair centrum in de gemeente Chalandri, dat alle inwoners van de gemeente zal dienen, met voorrang voor kwetsbare groepen en met het doel informatie over sociale diensten en diensten onder alle burgers te verspreiden. Naast de verspreiding van informatie zal het Communautair Centrum ook diensten op het gebied van sociale integratie aanbieden. Il progetto riguarda la creazione di un centro comunitario nel comune di Chalandri, che servirà tutti i residenti del comune, con priorità ai gruppi vulnerabili e con l'obiettivo di diffondere informazioni sui servizi sociali e sui servizi a tutti i cittadini. Oltre alla diffusione di informazioni, il Centro comunitario fornirà anche servizi di inclusione sociale. Sono strutture che funzionano in aggiunta, e non sostituiscono o sostituiscono i servizi sociali dei comuni, ma ampliano la gamma di servizi sociali forniti ai cittadini/beneficiari. Il Centro comunitario riceve e registra i beneficiari, al fine di diagnosticarne le esigenze e promuoverli nei servizi, nelle strutture e nei programmi esistenti nel periodo in corso e che hanno per oggetto il sostegno sociale, l'emancipazione e l'integrazione di questi ultimi (ad esempio: OAEED, NHS, KDAP, Home Help, centri di salute mentale, ecc.). Al tempo stesso, il Centro comunitario riceve domande di FEAD, OEI, aiuti umanitari e tutti i programmi di prestazione di servizi sociali.
