Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане за съществуващ Дневен център за деца с увреждания в гр. Исперих и обособяване на две площадки с детски и спортни съоръжения в прилежащото дворно пространство. ДЦДУ е изграден през 2014 г. с финансиране от ПРСР 2007-2013 г. по проект "Изграждане на социална инфраструктура, предлагаща услуги за деца в риск на територията на община Исперих". През 2015 г. с финансиране от ОПРЧР 2007-2013 г. по проект “Интеграция на деца и младежи с увреждания чрез предоставяне на социални услуги в община Исперих” беше разкрита нова социална услуга - Дневен център за деца с увреждания за 24 потребители. Считано от 01.07.2017г. ДЦДУ е с капацитет 30 места, като към настоящия момент пълняемостта е 29 потребители. ДЦДУ предлага комплекс от социални услуги за цялостно обслужване на деца и младежи през деня чрез предоставяне на здравни, образователни и рехабилитационни потребности, предоставяне на храна и задоволяване на ежедневните потребности, организация на свободното време и личните контакти. По проекта се предвижда изграждане на зала за сензорна стимулация с необходимото специализирано оборудване с цел повишаване ефективността на предоставяните услуги за рехабилитация и интеграция на деца и младежи с увреждания. Предвидено е също оборудване за зала за рехабилитация, за Логопедичен кабинет, за Дневна за деца и Дневна за младежи, за Кабинет на психолог и за Кабинет на терапевт. Подобряването на материалната база ще разшири спектъра на предоставяните социални услуги в ДЦДУ, задоволяващи индивидуалните потребности на ползвателите и обезпечаващи техните възможности за справяне с трудностите, свързани с тяхната реинтеграция.Проектът предвижда и изграждането на две специализирани площадки за деца и младежи, като на едната ще се разположат детски съоръжения, предназначени за деца с физически увреждания, а на другата ще има фитнес уреди и ще може да се използва от деца и младежи с друг тип увреждания. This project proposal provides for the supply of equipment and furnishings for an existing Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities in the town of Isperih and the establishment of two playgrounds with children and sports facilities in the adjacent yard. DTCU was built in 2014 with funding from the RDP 2007-2013 under the project “Building social infrastructure offering services for children at risk on the territory of Isperih Municipality”. In 2015, with funding from OPHRD 2007-2013 under the project “Integration of children and young people with disabilities through the provision of social services in the municipality of Isperih” a new social service — Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities for 24 users was opened. As of 01.07.2017 DCSD has a capacity of 30 seats, with 29 users currently filling. DCDU offers a complex of social services for the complete service of children and young people during the day by providing health, educational and rehabilitation needs, providing food and meeting everyday needs, organising leisure and personal contacts. The project envisages the construction of a sensory stimulation hall with the necessary specialised equipment in order to increase the effectiveness of the services provided for rehabilitation and integration of children and young people with disabilities. There are also facilities for a rehabilitation hall, for a Logopedic office, for Children’s Day and Youth Day, for the Psychologist’s Cabinet and for a therapist’s Cabinet. The improvement of the facilities will expand the range of social services provided in DSPU, satisfying the individual needs of the users and ensuring their ability to cope with the difficulties related to their reintegration. The project also foresees the construction of two specialised sites for children and young people, one will host children’s facilities for children with physical disabilities, and the other will have fitness equipment and can be used by children and young people with another type of disability. Cette proposition de projet prévoit la fourniture d’équipement et d’ameublement pour un centre de garde pour enfants handicapés existant dans la ville d’Isperih et la création de deux aires de jeux avec des enfants et des installations sportives dans la cour adjacente. DTCU a été construit en 2014 avec un financement du PDR 2007-2013 dans le cadre du projet «Construire des infrastructures sociales offrant des services aux enfants à risque sur le territoire de la municipalité d’Isperih». En 2015, grâce à un financement de l’OPHRD 2007-2013 dans le cadre du projet «Intégration des enfants et des jeunes handicapés par la prestation de services sociaux dans la municipalité d’Isperih», un nouveau service social — Centre de garde pour enfants handicapés pour 24 usagers a été ouvert. À partir du 01.07.2017 DCSD a une capacité de 30 places, avec 29 utilisateurs actuellement remplis. DCDU offre un ensemble de services sociaux pour le service complet des enfants et des jeunes pendant la journée en fournissant des soins de santé, l’éducation et la réadaptation, en fournissant de la nourriture et en répondant aux besoins quotidiens, en organisant des loisirs et des contacts personnels. Le projet prévoit la construction d’une salle de stimulation sensorielle dotée de l’équipement spécialisé nécessaire pour accroître l’efficacité des services de réadaptation et d’intégration des enfants et des jeunes handicapés. Il y a aussi des installations pour une salle de réadaptation, pour un bureau Logopédique, pour la Journée de l’enfance et la Journée de la jeunesse, pour le cabinet du psychologue et pour un cabinet de thérapeute. Le projet prévoit également la construction de deux sites spécialisés pour les enfants et les jeunes, l’un hébergera des installations pour enfants handicapés, l’autre sera doté d’équipements de conditionnement physique et pourra être utilisé par les enfants et les jeunes handicapés. Dieser Projektvorschlag sieht die Bereitstellung von Ausrüstung und Einrichtung für ein bestehendes Tagespflegezentrum für Kinder mit Behinderungen in der Stadt Isperih sowie die Einrichtung von zwei Spielplätzen mit Kindern und Sporteinrichtungen im angrenzenden Hof vor. Die DTCU wurde 2014 mit Mitteln aus dem EPLR 2007-2013 im Rahmen des Projekts „Aufbau sozialer Infrastruktur für gefährdete Kinder auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Isperih“ errichtet. Im Jahr 2015 wurde mit Mitteln der OPHRD 2007-2013 im Rahmen des Projekts „Integration von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderungen durch die Erbringung von Sozialdienstleistungen in der Gemeinde Isperih“ ein neues Sozialzentrum – Tagesbetreuungszentrum für Kinder mit Behinderungen für 24 Nutzer eröffnet. Stand 01.07.2017 DCSD hat eine Kapazität von 30 Sitzen, mit 29 Benutzern derzeit gefüllt. DCDU bietet einen Komplex von sozialen Dienstleistungen für den kompletten Service von Kindern und Jugendlichen während des Tages durch die Bereitstellung von Gesundheits-, Bildungs- und Rehabilitationsbedürfnissen, Bereitstellung von Nahrungsmitteln und täglichen Bedürfnissen, Organisation von Freizeit- und persönlichen Kontakten. Das Projekt sieht den Bau einer sensorischen Stimulationshalle mit der erforderlichen Spezialausrüstung vor, um die Wirksamkeit der Dienstleistungen für die Rehabilitation und Integration von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderungen zu erhöhen. Es gibt auch Einrichtungen für eine Rehabilitationshalle, für ein Logopädisches Büro, für den Kindertag und den Jugendtag, für das Psychologenkabinett und für ein Therapeutenkabinett. Die Verbesserung der Einrichtungen wird das Angebot an sozialen Dienstleistungen, die in DSPU angeboten werden, erweitern, um den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Nutzer gerecht zu werden und ihre Fähigkeit zu gewährleisten, die Schwierigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit ihrer Wiedereingliederung zu bewältigen. Dit projectvoorstel voorziet in de levering van apparatuur en meubilair voor een bestaand kinderdagverblijf voor kinderen met een handicap in de stad Isperih en de oprichting van twee speeltuinen met kinderen en sportfaciliteiten in de aangrenzende tuin. DTCU werd in 2014 gebouwd met financiering uit het POP 2007-2013 in het kader van het project „Bouwen van sociale infrastructuur voor kinderen die risico lopen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Isperih”. In 2015 werd met financiering uit OPHRD 2007-2013 in het kader van het project „Integratie van kinderen en jongeren met een handicap door het verlenen van sociale diensten in de gemeente Isperih” een nieuwe sociale dienst — Dagopvangcentrum voor kinderen met een handicap voor 24 gebruikers geopend. Vanaf 1.7.2017 DCSD heeft een capaciteit van 30 zitplaatsen, met 29 gebruikers op dit moment vullen. DCDU biedt een complex van sociale diensten voor de volledige dienstverlening van kinderen en jongeren overdag door te voorzien in gezondheids-, onderwijs- en revalidatiebehoeften, voedsel te bieden en te voorzien in dagelijkse behoeften, vrije tijd en persoonlijke contacten te organiseren. Het project voorziet in de bouw van een zintuiglijke stimulatiehal met de nodige gespecialiseerde apparatuur om de doeltreffendheid van de diensten voor revalidatie en integratie van kinderen en jongeren met een handicap te vergroten. Er zijn ook faciliteiten voor een revalidatiehal, voor een logopedisch kantoor, voor Kinderdag en Jeugddag, voor het psychologisch kabinet en voor een therapeutenkabinet. De verbetering van de faciliteiten zal het aanbod van sociale diensten in DSPU uitbreiden, zodat aan de individuele behoeften van de gebruikers wordt voldaan en hun vermogen wordt gewaarborgd om de problemen in verband met hun re-integratie het hoofd te bieden. Het project voorziet ook in de bouw van twee gespecialiseerde locaties voor kinderen en jongeren, een van de faciliteiten voor kinderen met een lichamelijke handicap, de andere zal beschikken over fitnessapparatuur en kan worden gebruikt door kinderen en jongeren met een ander type handicap. Questa proposta di progetto prevede la fornitura di attrezzature e arredi per un centro di cura diurno per bambini con disabilità nella città di Isperih e la creazione di due parchi giochi con bambini e impianti sportivi nel cortile adiacente. La DTCU è stata costruita nel 2014 con il finanziamento del PSR 2007-2013 nell'ambito del progetto "Costruire infrastrutture sociali che offrono servizi ai bambini a rischio sul territorio del Comune di Isperih". Nel 2015, con il finanziamento dell'OPHRD 2007-2013 nell'ambito del progetto "Integrazione dei bambini e dei giovani con disabilità attraverso la fornitura di servizi sociali nel comune di Isperih", è stato aperto un nuovo servizio sociale — Centro di assistenza diurna per i bambini con disabilità per 24 utenti. A decorrere dall'1.7.2017 DCSD ha una capacità di 30 posti, con 29 utenti attualmente riempiti. DCDU offre un complesso di servizi sociali per il servizio completo dei bambini e dei giovani durante la giornata, fornendo bisogni sanitari, educativi e riabilitativi, fornendo cibo e soddisfacendo le esigenze quotidiane, organizzando il tempo libero e i contatti personali. Il progetto prevede la costruzione di una sala di stimolazione sensoriale con le attrezzature specializzate necessarie per aumentare l'efficacia dei servizi forniti per la riabilitazione e l'integrazione dei bambini e dei giovani con disabilità. Ci sono anche strutture per una sala di riabilitazione, per un ufficio logopedico, per la Giornata dei Bambini e della Gioventù, per il Gabinetto dello Psicologo e per un Gabinetto di Terapeuta. Esta propuesta de proyecto prevé el suministro de equipo y mobiliario para un centro de atención diurna para niños con discapacidad en la ciudad de Isperih y el establecimiento de dos zonas de juegos con niños e instalaciones deportivas en el patio adyacente. DTCU se construyó en 2014 con financiación del PDR 2007-2013 en el marco del proyecto «Construir infraestructuras sociales que ofrezcan servicios para niños en situación de riesgo en el territorio del municipio de Isperih». En 2015, con financiación de la OPHRD 2007-2013 en el marco del proyecto «Integración de los niños y jóvenes con discapacidad mediante la prestación de servicios sociales en el municipio de Isperih», se inauguró un nuevo servicio social — Centro de día para niños con discapacidad para 24 usuarios. A partir del 1.7.2017 DCSD tiene una capacidad de 30 asientos, con 29 usuarios actualmente llenos. DCDU ofrece un complejo de servicios sociales para el servicio integral de niños y jóvenes durante el día, proporcionando necesidades de salud, educación y rehabilitación, proporcionando alimentos y satisfaciendo las necesidades cotidianas, organizando el ocio y los contactos personales. El proyecto prevé la construcción de una sala de estimulación sensorial con el equipo especializado necesario para aumentar la eficacia de los servicios de rehabilitación e integración de niños y jóvenes con discapacidad.
