Berufsbezogener Sprachunterricht A2/ A2+/ B1+ mit allgemeiner Berufsorientierung – Kurs VIE 17 Ziel der berufsbezogenen Deutschförderung ist, die Teilnehmer/-innen sprachlich und fachlich zu qualifizieren, damit diese leichter eine Arbeitsstelle finden oder sprachlich qualifiziert sind zur Aufnahme einer Ausbildung oder Weiterbildungsmaßnahme. Geplant ist ein berufsorientierender Kurs quer durch die Gewerke. Hintergrund ist, dass für eine gesonderte Aufteilung nach Gewerken nicht genügend Interessent/-innen für je eigene Kurse zur Verfügung stehen werden und die Teilnehmer/-innen nur sehr eingeschränkt mobil sind. Zum Zeitpunkt der Antragsstellung ist das Profiling noch nicht abgeschlossen, so dass keine Kenntnis der Kurszusammensetzung zum Projektbeginn besteht. Deshalb hat die Kreisvolkshochschule beschlossen, diesen Kombinationskurs im Bereich der allgemeinen Berufsorientierung anzubieten, um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden und den Interessent/-innen eine Maßnahme anbieten zu können. Hinzu kommt, dass das sprachliche Niveau der Interessent/-innen erfahrungsgemäß sehr heterogen sein wird. Innerhalb dieser Maßnahme wird nun versucht, den breitgefächerten inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten wie auch dem unterschiedlichen sprachlichen Niveau ein gutes Fortbildungsangebot zu unterbreiten. (German)

The background is that for a separate division by trade, there will not be enough interested parties for each course to be available and the participants are very limited in mobility. At the time of the application, the profiling is still ongoing, so that there is no knowledge of the course composition at the start of the project. Therefore, the Kreisvolkshochschule has decided to offer this combination course in the field of general vocational orientation in order to avoid waiting times and to offer a measure to the interested parties. In addition, experience shows that the linguistic level of the interested parties will be very heterogeneous. Within this measure, it is now attempted to provide a good range of training to the broad thematic priorities as well as to the different linguistic levels. (English)

Formation professionnelle A2/A2+/B1+ avec orientation professionnelle générale — cours VIE 17 L’objectif de l’aide professionnelle à l’allemand est de qualifier les participants d’un point de vue linguistique et professionnel afin de faciliter leur recherche d’emploi ou d’être qualifiés sur le plan linguistique pour commencer une formation ou une formation continue. Un cours d’orientation professionnelle est prévu à travers les corps de métier. Le contexte est que, pour une répartition séparée par corps de métier, il n’y aura pas suffisamment de personnes intéressées pour chacun de ces cours et que les participants sont très limités à la mobilité. Au moment du dépôt de la demande, le profilage n’est pas encore terminé, de sorte qu’il n’existe aucune connaissance de la composition des cours au début du projet. C’est la raison pour laquelle l’université du district a décidé d’offrir ce cours combiné dans le domaine de l’orientation professionnelle générale afin d’éviter les temps d’attente et d’offrir une mesure aux intéressés. En outre, l’expérience montre que le niveau linguistique des intéressés sera très hétérogène. Dans le cadre de cette action, on s’efforce à présent de proposer une bonne offre de formation aux grands axes de contenu ainsi qu’aux différents niveaux linguistiques. (French)

Beroepsopleiding A2/A2+/B1+ met algemene beroepsoriëntatie — Cursus VIE 17 Het doel van de beroepsgerichte Duitse steun is studenten te voorzien van taalkundige en technische kwalificaties, zodat zij een baan kunnen vinden of taalkundig gekwalificeerd zijn om een opleiding of bijscholing te starten. Er is een beroepsopleiding gepland over de verschillende beroepen. De achtergrond is dat er voor een afzonderlijke afdeling per vak niet voldoende geïnteresseerde partijen zullen zijn om elke cursus beschikbaar te stellen en dat de deelnemers zeer beperkt zijn in mobiliteit. Op het moment van de aanvraag is de profilering nog aan de gang, zodat er aan het begin van het project geen kennis is van de cursussamenstelling. Daarom heeft de Kreisvolkshochschule besloten deze combinatiecursus op het gebied van algemene beroepsoriëntatie aan te bieden om wachttijden te vermijden en belanghebbenden een maatregel aan te bieden. Bovendien blijkt uit de ervaring dat het taalniveau van de betrokken partijen zeer heterogeen zal zijn. In het kader van deze maatregel wordt nu getracht een goede waaier van opleidingen te bieden aan de brede thematische prioriteiten en aan de verschillende taalniveaus. (Dutch)

Formazione linguistica professionale A2/A2+/B1+ con orientamento professionale generale — Corso VIE 17 L'obiettivo del sostegno professionale tedesco è quello di fornire agli studenti qualifiche linguistiche e tecniche affinché possano trovare un posto di lavoro o siano linguisticamente qualificate per iniziare una formazione o perfezionamento professionale. Un corso professionale è pianificato attraverso i mestieri. Lo sfondo è che per una divisione separata per commercio, non ci saranno abbastanza parti interessate per ogni corso per essere disponibili e i partecipanti sono molto limitati nella mobilità. Al momento dell'applicazione, la profilazione è ancora in corso, in modo che non vi è alcuna conoscenza della composizione del corso all'inizio del progetto. Pertanto, la Kreisvolkshochschule ha deciso di offrire questo corso combinato nel campo dell'orientamento professionale generale al fine di evitare tempi di attesa e di offrire una misura alle parti interessate. Inoltre, l'esperienza dimostra che il livello linguistico delle parti interessate sarà molto eterogeneo. Nell'ambito di questa misura, si tenta ora di fornire una buona gamma di formazione alle grandi priorità tematiche e ai diversi livelli linguistici. (Italian)

Formación lingüística profesional A2/A2+/B1+ con orientación profesional general — Curso VIE 17 El objetivo del apoyo al alemán relacionado con la formación profesional es proporcionar a los estudiantes cualificaciones lingüísticas y técnicas para que puedan encontrar un empleo o estén lingüísticamente cualificados para iniciar una formación o una formación continua. Se planifica un curso profesional en todos los oficios. El trasfondo es que para una división separada por comercio, no habrá suficientes partes interesadas para que cada curso esté disponible y los participantes son muy limitados en movilidad. En el momento de la solicitud, la elaboración de perfiles sigue en curso, por lo que no hay conocimiento de la composición del curso al inicio del proyecto. Por lo tanto, la Kreisvolkshochschule ha decidido ofrecer este curso de combinación en el campo de la orientación profesional general para evitar los tiempos de espera y ofrecer una medida a las partes interesadas. Además, la experiencia demuestra que el nivel lingüístico de las partes interesadas será muy heterogéneo. Dentro de esta medida, se intenta ofrecer una buena gama de formación a las grandes prioridades temáticas, así como a los diferentes niveles lingüísticos. (Spanish)
