The employees of TE Belgium EC are very proud and satisfied that they work in our organisation. However, the annual Pulse Engagement Survey and the risk analysis psychosocial aspects show that these pride and satisfaction are under pressure. Employees also indicate that they have not yet experienced the stimulating human working environment, as described in our mission. (English)
