VšĮ Biržų ligoninės palaikomojo gydymo ir slaugos skyriuje bus vykdomas projektas "Socialinių paslaugų ir kitų susijusių paslaugų teikimas ir plėtra VšĮ Biržų ligoninės palaikomojo gydymo ir slaugos skyriuje". Tai terapinio užimtumo ir socialinės adaptacijos paslaugos, kurių tikslas - skatinti socialinę integraciją, užtikrinant gyventojų poreikius atitinkančių socialinių paslaugų ir kitų susijusių paslaugų teikimą ir plėtrą. Priežastys, kurios nulėmė tokių paslaugų poreikį tai: visuomenės senėjimo tendencijos, didėjantis negalią turinčių asmenų skaičius, lėtinės ligos ir patirtos traumos, operacijos, didėjantis medicininės priežiūros poreikis. Palaikomojo gydymo ir slaugos skyriuje asmuo gali būti gydomas ir slaugomas iki 120 dienų per metus, o kai kuriais atvejais ir daugiau. Besigydydami ligoninėje asmenys patiria socialinę atskirtį, praranda socialinius įgūdžius, praranda pasitikėjimą savimi. Artimųjų užimtumas, jų neturėjimas ar dideli atstumai veda į beviltiškumą. Siekiant keisti ligonio socialinę aplinką, mažinant socialinę atskirtį, suteikiant integracijos į visuomenę galimybes reikalingos socialinio užimtumo ir socialinės adaptacijos paslaugos. Tai terapinio piešimo, terapinio lipdymo, karpinių ir lankstinių terapiniai užsiėmimai, muzikos terapijos užsiėmimai, dėlionių ir galvosūkių užsiėmimai, socialinės adaptacijos terapiniai užsiėmimai. Įgyvendinus šias veiklas bus pasiekti tokie rezultatai: 1. Pagerės pacientų psichosocialinė aplinka. 2. Sumažės socialinė atskirtis. 3. Paspartės socialinės integracijos procesas, sąlygojantis Biržų miesto gyventojų integraciją ir ryšių palaikymą su visuomene. (Lithuanian)

The project “Provision and development of social services and other related services in the Department of Maintenance and Care of Biržai Hospital” will be carried out in the public institution Biržai Hospital maintenance and nursing department. These are therapeutic employment and social adaptation services aimed at promoting social integration by ensuring the provision and development of social services and other related services that meet the needs of the population. The reasons that led to the need for such services are: ageing population trends, increasing number of people with disabilities, chronic diseases and injuries, surgery, increasing need for medical care. In the maintenance and nursing department, a person can be treated and cared for up to 120 days per year, and in some cases more. During hospital treatment, individuals experience social exclusion, lose social skills and lose their self-confidence. The employment of loved ones, their absence or long distances lead to hopelessness. Social employment and social adaptation services are needed to change the patient’s social environment, reduce social exclusion and provide opportunities for integration into society. These include therapeutic drawing, therapeutic molding, carp and flexible therapeutic activities, music therapy activities, puzzles and puzzles, social adaptation therapeutic activities. The implementation of these activities will lead to the following results: 1. The psychosocial environment of patients will improve. 2. Social exclusion will be reduced. 3. The process of social integration will accelerate, leading to the integration of the inhabitants of Biržai city and maintaining contacts with the public. (English)

Le projet «Provision et développement de services sociaux et d’autres services connexes au Département de l’entretien et des soins de l’hôpital de Biržai» sera exécuté dans le département d’entretien et de soins infirmiers de l’hôpital de Biržai. Il s’agit de services d’emploi thérapeutique et d’adaptation sociale visant à promouvoir l’intégration sociale en assurant la fourniture et le développement de services sociaux et d’autres services connexes qui répondent aux besoins de la population. Les raisons qui ont conduit à la nécessité de tels services sont les suivantes: vieillissement de la population, augmentation du nombre de personnes handicapées, maladies et blessures chroniques, chirurgie, besoin croissant de soins médicaux. Dans le service d’entretien et de soins infirmiers, une personne peut être soignée et soignée jusqu’à 120 jours par an, et dans certains cas plus. Pendant les soins hospitaliers, les personnes subissent l’exclusion sociale, perdent leurs compétences sociales et perdent leur confiance en elles-mêmes. L’emploi d’êtres chers, leur absence ou de longues distances mènent au désespoir. L’emploi social et les services d’adaptation sociale sont nécessaires pour modifier l’environnement social du patient, réduire l’exclusion sociale et offrir des possibilités d’intégration dans la société. Il s’agit notamment du dessin thérapeutique, du moulage thérapeutique, de la carpe et des activités thérapeutiques flexibles, des activités de musicothérapie, des puzzles et des puzzles, des activités thérapeutiques d’adaptation sociale. La mise en œuvre de ces activités aboutira aux résultats suivants: 1. L’environnement psychosocial des patients s’améliorera. 2. L’exclusion sociale sera réduite. 3. Das Projekt „Erbringung und Entwicklung von Sozialdienstleistungen und anderen damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen in der Abteilung für Pflege und Pflege des Krankenhauses Biržai“ wird in der öffentlichen Einrichtung Biržai Krankenhaus Wartung und Pflege durchgeführt werden. Dabei handelt es sich um therapeutische Beschäftigungs- und soziale Anpassungsdienste, die auf die Förderung der sozialen Integration abzielen, indem sie die Bereitstellung und Entwicklung von Sozialdienstleistungen und anderen damit zusammenhängenden Dienstleistungen gewährleisten, die den Bedürfnissen der Bevölkerung entsprechen. Die Gründe, die zur Notwendigkeit solcher Dienstleistungen geführt haben, sind: alternde Bevölkerungsentwicklung, steigende Zahl von Menschen mit Behinderungen, chronische Krankheiten und Verletzungen, Chirurgie, steigender Bedarf an medizinischer Versorgung. In der Wartungs- und Pflegeabteilung kann eine Person für bis zu 120 Tage im Jahr behandelt und betreut werden, in einigen Fällen mehr. Während der Krankenhausbehandlung erleben Einzelpersonen soziale Ausgrenzung, verlieren soziale Fähigkeiten und verlieren ihr Selbstvertrauen. Die Beschäftigung von Angehörigen, ihre Abwesenheit oder weite Entfernungen führen zu Hoffnungslosigkeit. Soziale Beschäftigung und soziale Anpassung sind erforderlich, um das soziale Umfeld der Patienten zu verändern, die soziale Ausgrenzung zu verringern und Möglichkeiten für die Integration in die Gesellschaft zu schaffen. Dazu gehören therapeutische Zeichnung, therapeutische Formgebung, Karpfen und flexible therapeutische Aktivitäten, Musiktherapieaktivitäten, Puzzles und Puzzles, soziale Anpassung therapeutische Aktivitäten. Dit zijn diensten voor therapeutische werkgelegenheid en sociale aanpassing die gericht zijn op het bevorderen van sociale integratie door te zorgen voor de verlening en ontwikkeling van sociale diensten en andere daarmee verband houdende diensten die aan de behoeften van de bevolking voldoen. De redenen die tot de behoefte aan dergelijke diensten hebben geleid, zijn: vergrijzing van de bevolking, toenemend aantal mensen met een handicap, chronische ziekten en letsels, chirurgie, toenemende behoefte aan medische zorg. In de onderhouds- en verplegingsafdeling kan een persoon tot 120 dagen per jaar worden behandeld en verzorgd, en in sommige gevallen meer. Tijdens ziekenhuisbehandeling ervaren mensen sociale uitsluiting, verliezen ze hun sociale vaardigheden en verliezen ze hun zelfvertrouwen. De tewerkstelling van dierbaren, hun afwezigheid of lange afstanden leiden tot hopeloosheid. Sociale werkgelegenheid en sociale aanpassing zijn nodig om de sociale omgeving van de patiënt te veranderen, sociale uitsluiting te verminderen en kansen te bieden voor integratie in de samenleving.
