    THIS TRAINING PROPOSAL THEREFORE AIMS TO FORM CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER, HR MANAGER, BUSINESS UNIT MANAGERS OF COMPANIES THAT HAVE EMBARKED ON A PATH OF TRANSFORMATION INTO A KEY ÂSMART FACTORY AND ARE FORCED TO ACCELERATE DIGITALISATION FOR THE CRISIS CAUSED BY COVID 19, WHICH HAS PUT THE STRATEGICITY OF INNOVATION FOR THE COUNTRY SYSTEM AT THE CENTRE.
