TWO RESOURCE CENTERS - ÖREBRO AND UPPSALA The projects will help people far from the labor market to find work, education or get closer to the labor market. The target group in many cases has complex problems, with unemployment in combination with, for example: ill helth, social reasons, language impairment or disability, causing impaired work ability. Our goal is to create creative and integrated workplaces in two sub-projects, where employees - the project participants- increase their ability to gain employment, create new jobs, develop knowledgeand learning to achieve their own livehoods, based on their own conditions, in partnership with others. Project owners are ABF Örebro län. In each subproject, ABF has primary responsibility and cooperates with Coompanion as well as different associations, authorities and companies based on local conditions. Joint partners are Arbetsförmedlingen and the respective municipalities. Resource Center shall provide capacity building that promotes the path to self-service within private, voluntary or public sector. In the respective sub-project, a cooperative initiative interating social enterprise for work, education and self-employment is established. By using the methodologies of adult learning and cooperative oragnization system, these companies will, after completion of the project, continue to live in their respective communities and expand their target group to all those in need of supportive efforts given in the new environment created in the project. Resource Center offers: - Individual development plans based on deep interviews and resource mapping to achieve increased empowerment. - Network, community and role models/mentors in support of individual personal and professional development. - Self-counseling, indivdually tailored for project participants who have a busniess idea. - Study and career orientation and support for job search. - Preparations for employment in the cooperative company that, with the participants co-creation, develops existing business and new business opportunities. - Preparation for self-employment. The cooperative company can be the employer of individuals (self-employed) who themselves develop ther careers by takeing in in various assignments. The co-operative then bills the self-employed commissioner and pays salaries to the self-employed. The forms for this will develop during the project period. Method development in order to achieve th projects goals and ambitions takes place in the cooperation between th committed participans, where the overall competence is extensive and well verified. Participants will develop skills in swedish, industry knowledge, co-operation, community orientation and leadership development as well as entreprneurship. They will be given the opportunity to circle leaders, start associations, start their own and/or social companies, and build network in civil society and business. For three years, 50-60 people per year will be offered a space in each sub-project. In addition, participants freely and voluntarily and also lead other educational activities; study circles, cultural events, workshops etc. Gender equality is assumed in all parts of the project and is designed in accordance with ESF requirements specifications. This, as well ass accessbility and non-discrimination, are intergrated into the regular activities of project owners and partners. ÖREBRO - SOMALI RESOURCE CENTER Our focus is aimed specifically at unemployed Somali people, based on their own identity, culture, abilities and knowledge within their own group. The projects main actor an promotor is Afrikas Horn Kulturcenter and implementation takes place in the district of Vivalla, with good conditions for enhanced cooperation with local associations and companies. In conjunction with association's other activities, the project organized as a "Future wokshop" for new initiatives and learning. Specific keywords/characteristics: Mobility in the target group, dual language skills, future workshop. UPPSALA - TRAPPAN RESOURCE CENTER ABF, together with the tenants association, Hyresgästföreningen, the unions Metall, Kommunal and other local associations, will build meeting places and social enterprises in the neighborhoods Stenhagen and Gränby for people living there, to promote empowerment and self-organization. The Resource Center will become a laboratory where people can begin their journey of education, a road to work, further studies; a movement of empowerment, participation and future confidence. Our intention is to create conditions for primarily women who are particularly far from labor market with the goal of becoming self-sufficient in the long run´. Deux CENTRES DE RESSOURCE — ÖREBRO ET UPPSALA Les projets aideront les personnes éloignées du marché du travail à trouver du travail, à se former ou à se rapprocher du marché du travail. Dans de nombreux cas, le groupe cible a des problèmes complexes, le chômage étant associé, par exemple: mal intellh, raisons sociales, déficience linguistique ou invalidité, causant des troubles de la capacité de travail. Notre objectif est de créer des milieux de travail créatifs et intégrés dans deux sous-projets, où les employés — les participants au projet — augmentent leur capacité d’obtenir un emploi, de créer de nouveaux emplois, de développer des connaissances et d’apprendre pour atteindre leurs propres conditions de vie, en partenariat avec d’autres. Les propriétaires de projets sont ABF Örebro County. Dans chaque sous-projet, ABF a la responsabilité principale et coopère avec Coompanion ainsi qu’avec différentes associations, autorités et entreprises en fonction des conditions locales. Les partenaires conjoints sont Arbetsförmedlingen et les municipalités respectives. Le Centre de ressources assurera le renforcement des capacités qui favorise le libre-service dans le secteur privé, le secteur bénévole ou le secteur public. Dans le sous-projet correspondant, une initiative de coopération interreliant l’entreprise sociale pour le travail, l’éducation et le travail indépendant est mise en place. En utilisant les méthodologies de l’apprentissage des adultes et du système d’oragnisation coopérative, ces entreprises continueront, après l’achèvement du projet, à vivre dans leurs communautés respectives et à élargir leur groupe cible à tous ceux qui ont besoin d’efforts de soutien dans le nouvel environnement créé dans le projet. Centre de ressources Victimes: — Des plans de développement individuels fondés sur des entretiens approfondis et une cartographie des ressources afin d’accroître l’autonomisation. — Réseau, communauté et modèles de rôle/mentors à l’appui du personnel individuel et du perfectionnement professionnel. — Auto-conseiller, indivduellement adapté pour les participants au projet qui ont une idée de busniess. Études et orientation professionnelle et soutien à la recherche d’emploi. — Préparation à l’emploi dans la société coopérative qui, avec les participants co-création, développe des affaires existantes et de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. — «préparation en vue d’un travail indépendant». L’entreprise coopérative peut être l’employeur d’individus (indépendants) qui développent eux-mêmes leur carrière en prenant part à diverses missions. La coopérative facture ensuite le commissaire indépendant et paie les salaires aux travailleurs indépendants. Les formulaires à cet effet se développeront au cours de la période du projet. L’élaboration de méthodes afin d’atteindre les objectifs et les ambitions des projets a lieu dans le cadre de la coopération entre participants engagés, où la compétence globale est étendue et bien vérifiée. Les participants acquerront des compétences dans les domaines de la Suède, de la connaissance de l’industrie, de la coopération, de l’orientation communautaire et du développement du leadership ainsi que de l’entreprenariat. Ils auront la possibilité de cercler les dirigeants, de créer leur propre entreprise et/ou sociale, et de créer un réseau au sein de la société civile et des entreprises. Pendant trois ans, 50 à 60 personnes par an se verront offrir un espace dans chaque sous-projet. En outre, les participants sont libres et volontaires de diriger d’autres activités éducatives; cercles d’étude, manifestations culturelles, ateliers, etc. L’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes est assumée dans toutes les parties du projet et conçue conformément aux spécifications du FSE. Cela, ainsi que la facilité d’accès et la non-discrimination, sont intégrés dans les activités régulières des porteurs de projets et des partenaires. Örebro — CENTRE DE RESSOURCE SYNATALE Notre objectif est plus particulièrement pour les Somaliens sans emploi, en fonction de leur identité, de leur culture, de leurs capacités et de leurs connaissances au sein de leur propre groupe. Le principal acteur des projets est Afrikas Horn Kulturcenter et la mise en œuvre a lieu dans le district de Vivalla, avec de bonnes conditions pour une coopération renforcée avec les associations et les entreprises locales. En conjonction avec d’autres activités de l’association, le projet s’est organisé sous la forme d’un «Future Wokshop» pour les nouvelles initiatives et l’apprentissage.
