Das Gründungszentrum Leuchtturm Nord bietet Arbeitslosen und Nichterwerbstätigen die Möglichkeit, sich nachhaltig auf eine Existenzgründung vorzubereiten. Dabei konzentriert sich das Projekt auf Interessenten aus den Kreisen Nordfriesland, Schleswig-Flensburg und der Stadt Flensburg. Die Teilnehmenden werden vom Projektteam von der Geschäftsidee bis zur Gründung begleitet. In den monatliche stattfindenden Seminaren werden alle notwendigen Grundkenntnisse zu Themen wie z. B. Steuern, Buchführung, Recht, Finanzen, Risikoabsicherung und Werbung vermittelt. Gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmenden wird der persönliche Businessplan entwickelt. Während der gesamten Vorbereitungszeit steht den Teilnehmenden ein persönlicher Coach zur Seite. (German)

The foundation centre Leuchtturm Nord offers unemployed and economically inactive the opportunity to prepare for a business start-up in the long term. The project focuses on interested parties from the districts of Nordfriesland, Schleswig-Flensburg and the city of Flensburg. The participants will be accompanied by the project team from the business idea to the foundation. The monthly seminars provide all necessary basic knowledge on topics such as taxes, accounting, law, finance, risk protection and advertising. The personal business plan will be developed together with the participants. During the entire preparation period, a personal coach is available to the participants. (English)

Le centre fondateur du phare Nord offre aux chômeurs et aux inactifs la possibilité de se préparer durablement à la création d’une entreprise. Le projet se concentre sur les parties intéressées des comtés de Frise du Nord, Schleswig-Flensburg et Flensburg. Les participants sont accompagnés par l’équipe de projet de l’idée d’entreprise jusqu’à la fondation. Les séminaires mensuels fournissent toutes les connaissances de base nécessaires sur des sujets tels que la fiscalité, la comptabilité, le droit, la finance, la couverture des risques et la publicité. Le plan d’affaires personnel est développé en collaboration avec les participants. Pendant toute la période de préparation, les participants sont assistés par un coach personnel. (French)

Het project richt zich op geïnteresseerden uit de districten Nordfriesland, Sleeswijk-Flensburg en de stad Flensburg. De deelnemers worden begeleid door het projectteam van het bedrijfsidee tot de stichting. De maandelijkse seminars bieden alle noodzakelijke basiskennis over onderwerpen als belastingen, boekhouding, recht, financiën, risicobescherming en reclame.
