Das Projekt richtet sich an erwerbsfähige Frauen im Langzeitleistungsbezug, deren Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt verbessert werden sollen. Hierzu werden die Teilnehmenden sowohl in Gruppenterminen als auch in Einzelcoachings unter anderem anhand von Profilings- und Kompetenzchecks, Bewerbungscoachings, Praxiserprobung und pädagogischer Begleitung schrittweise aktiviert und an den Arbeitsmarkt herangeführt (German)

Le projet s’adresse aux femmes en âge de travailler qui bénéficient de prestations de longue durée et dont les chances sur le marché du travail sont améliorées.
