Bei dem Projekt „Berufliche Orientierung mit Sprachaufbau für Bleibeberechtigte aus "ELNET" 01“ handelt es sich um eine berufsbezogene Sprachförderung mit dem Zielsprachniveau A2. Der Fachkundeunterricht beinhaltet Qualifizierungselemente aus dem Bereich Berufsorientierung, IT-Anwenderprogramme, Bewerbungstraining und interkulturelles Training. Die Asylbewerber/Bleibeberechtigten mit min. nachrangigem Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt erhalten Unterstützung bei der berufliche (Neu-)orientierung, Informationen über das deutsche Schulsystem und den Ausbildungs-/Arbeitsmarkt, und die Anerkennung von im Herkunftsland erworbenen Schul- und berufsabschlüssen. Die Teilnehmenden können so eine Berufswegplanung vornehmen, Zugänge in Ausbildung/Arbeit aufgrund ihrer eigenen Berufsbiografie und eines Stärken-Schwächen-Profils entwickeln. (German)

The project “Professional orientation with language training for persons entitled to stay from”Elnet“01” is a vocational language promotion with the target language level A2. The course includes qualification elements from the field of occupational orientation, IT user programs, application training and intercultural training. Asylum seekers/remainers with minimum secondary access to the labour market receive vocational (re)orientation support, information on the German school system and the training/labour market, and the recognition of school and professional qualifications obtained in their country of origin. Participants can thus make career planning, develop access to training/work based on their own occupational biography and a strength-weakness profile. (English)

Le projet «Orientation professionnelle avec structure linguistique pour les personnes autorisées à séjourner de»Elnet«01» est une aide linguistique liée à la profession avec le niveau de langue cible A2. L’enseignement spécialisé comprend des éléments de qualification dans le domaine de l’orientation professionnelle, des programmes d’utilisateurs informatiques, la formation à la demande et la formation interculturelle. Les demandeurs d’asile/bénéficiaires d’un accès secondaire minimal au marché du travail bénéficient d’une aide en matière de (ré)orientation professionnelle, d’informations sur le système scolaire allemand et le marché de la formation/de l’emploi, ainsi que de la reconnaissance des diplômes scolaires et professionnels obtenus dans le pays d’origine. Les participants peuvent ainsi planifier les carrières, développer des accès à la formation/travail sur la base de leur propre biographie professionnelle et d’un profil fort/faible. (French)
