Restauración de la cisterna y el pozo tradicional de la antigua casa payesa y creación de huertos urbanos en la finca. La casa payesa, así como la cisterna y el pozo, están incluidos en el Catálogo de Patrimonio Histórico Municipal. _x000D_ Los huertos urbanos se cederán de forma temporal a los/las ciudadanos/as que lo soliciten y reúnan determinados requisitos y deberán ajustarse a criterios de agricultura ecológica para el autoconsumo. Además, el Ayuntamiento proporcionará un servicio de seguimiento y asesoramiento personalizado. _x000D_ La restauración de la cisterna y del pozo tradicional permitirán la obtención de recursos hídricos de forma natural y sostenible para el mantenimiento de los huertos. The country house, as well as the cistern and well, are included in the Municipal Historical Heritage Catalogue. _x000D_ Urban orchards shall be temporarily transferred to citizens who request and meet certain requirements and shall comply with organic farming criteria for self-consumption. In addition, the City Council will provide a follow-up service and personalized advising. _x000D_ The restoration of the cistern and the traditional well will allow the production of water resources in a natural and sustainable way for the maintenance of the orchards. Restauration de la citerne et du puits traditionnel de l’ancienne maison Payesa et création de vergers urbains sur la ferme. La maison Payesa, ainsi que la citerne et le puits, sont inclus dans le catalogue du patrimoine historique municipal. _x000D_les jardins urbains sont temporairement transférés aux citoyens qui en font la demande et répondent à certaines exigences et doivent satisfaire aux critères d’autoconsommation de l’agriculture biologique. Das Payesa-Haus sowie die Zisterne und Brunnen sind im Katalog des historischen Erbes der Stadt enthalten. _x000D_ Stadtgärten werden vorübergehend auf Bürger übertragen, die bestimmte Anforderungen anfordern und erfüllen und die Kriterien für den ökologischen Landbau für den Eigenverbrauch erfüllen müssen.
