Przedmiotem inwestycji jest kompleksowe przygotowanie terenów przyległych do linii kolejowej Chorzele – Wielbark - Olsztyn (stanowiącej część linii Chorzele – Olsztyn - Gdańsk) do pełnienia funkcji strefy gospodarczej funkcjonującej w ramach Przasnyskiej Strefy Gospodarczej . Obecnie teren byłego lotniska o powierzchni 309 ha przeznaczony jest na specjalną Strefę Gospodarczą, położony jest miedzy dwiema głównymi drogami gminy tj. droga wojewódzka nr 544 i droga krajową nr 57 na terenie Gminy Przasnysz. Projekt obejmuje udostępnienie nowych terenów inwestycyjnych (80 ha) w północnej części powiatu przedsiębiorcom krajowym i zagranicznym oraz pomoc w przygotowaniu inwestycji. Planuje się realizację przedsięwzięcia polegającego na budowie uzbrojenia Strefy Gospodarczej w mieście Chorzele, gm. Chorzele, powiat przasnyski. Inwestycja będzie spełniała funkcje terenów przeznaczonych pod działalność gospodarczą, produkcyjną i składową. W ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia planuje się wykonanie uzbrojenia terenu Strefy Gospodarczej w mieście Chorzele, tj.: - dróg wewnętrznych, - sieci wodociągowej, - kanalizacji sanitarnej, - kanalizacji deszczowej, - urządzeń elektroenergetycznych, - linii telekomunikacyjnej, - infrastruktury przeładunkowej, Szerzej opisane w SW str. 22 (Polish)

The subject of the investment is the comprehensive preparation of areas adjacent to the railway line Chorzele – Wielbark – Olsztyn (which forms part of the Chorzele – Olsztyn – Gdańsk line) to perform the function of the economic zone operating within the Przasnyska Economic Zone. Currently, the area of the former airport with an area of 309 ha is intended for a special Economic Zone, located between the two main roads of the commune, i.e. voivodeship road No. 544 and national road No. 57 in the Przasnysz commune. The project includes making new investment areas (80 ha) available in the northern part of the county to national and foreign entrepreneurs and assistance in the preparation of investments. It is planned to implement a project consisting of the construction of the armament of the Economic Zone in the city of Chorzele, Gm. Chorzele, przasnyski district. The investment will fulfil the functions of areas dedicated to economic, production and component activities. As part of the implementation of the project, it is planned to perform armament of the Economic Zone in the city of Chorzele, i.e.: — internal roads, – water supply network, – sanitary sewage system, – rainwater sewage system, – electricity equipment, – telecommunications line, – transhipment infrastructure, Szzerzej described in SW str. 22 (English)

L’objectif de l’investissement est la préparation complète des zones adjacentes à la ligne de chemin de fer Chorzele — Wielbark — Olsztyn (qui fait partie de la ligne Chorzele — Olsztyn — Gdańsk) pour agir en tant que zone économique opérant dans la zone économique de Przasnyska. Actuellement, la zone de l’ancien aéroport d’une superficie de 309 ha est consacrée à la zone économique spéciale, située entre les deux routes principales de la municipalité, à savoir la route provinciale no 544 et la route nationale no 57 dans la municipalité de Przasnysz. Le projet comprend la mise à disposition de nouveaux sites d’investissement (80 ha) dans la partie nord du district aux entrepreneurs nationaux et étrangers et l’aide à la préparation de l’investissement. Le projet est prévu pour la construction des armements de la zone économique dans la ville de Chorzele, Chorzele, district de Przasnyski. L’investissement remplira les fonctions des terres désignées pour les activités économiques, de production et de composante. Gegenstand der Investition ist die umfassende Vorbereitung der an die Bahnstrecke Chorzele – Wielbark – Olsztyn (Teil der Bahnstrecke Chorzele – Olsztyn – Gdańsk) angrenzenden Gebiete als Wirtschaftszone innerhalb der Wirtschaftszone Przasnyska. Derzeit ist das Gebiet des ehemaligen Flughafens mit einer Fläche von 309 ha der Sonderwirtschaftszone gewidmet, zwischen den beiden Hauptstraßen der Gemeinde, d. h. der Provinzstraße 544 und der Nationalstraße Nr. 57 in der Gemeinde Przasnysz. Das Projekt umfasst die Bereitstellung neuer Investitionsstandorte (80 ha) im nördlichen Teil des Bezirks für inländische und ausländische Unternehmer und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Investition. Das Projekt ist für den Bau der Bewaffnung der Wirtschaftszone in der Stadt Chorzele, Chorzele, Przasnyski Bezirk geplant. Die Investition wird die Funktionen von Flächen erfüllen, die für Wirtschafts-, Produktions- und Teiltätigkeiten bestimmt sind. Im Rahmen der Durchführung des Projekts ist geplant, das Gebiet der Wirtschaftszone in der Stadt Chorzele zu bewaffnen, d. h.: — interne Straßen, – Wasserversorgung, – Abwasserentsorgung, – Regenwasser, – Energieausrüstung, – Telekommunikationslinie, – Umladungsinfrastruktur, Szerzej beschrieben in SW S. 22 (German)
