After WER), resident or working in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship (including at least 20 % of those living in middle towns) from the following groups: passive profession. (30s) or unemployed unregistered at the employment office (6 persons) who do not participate in education and training so-called NEETs – at least 60 % of the participants; in the course of the year of work on l.2014-2020: a person.for a short term, work within the framework of. um. civil-law. (min. 30 %UP, 18 persons)immigrants, re-emigrants, people from agriculture and their families.Min. 40 % of participants are low-skilled.The aim of the project is: increasing the ability to take up stable difficulties. 60os (33K,27M) aged 18-29 from Wielkopolska voivodship – being passive jobs. (30s), unregistered in UP (6 persons) – belonging to the cat. NEETs or those working poor, employed in short-term contracts, working under civil-law contracts (18os) or immigrants, re-emigrants or people leaving agriculture – including at least 12 people living in medium-sized towns in the province and 24 people with low-skilled in the period 09.2019-11.2020- through comprehensive personalised activation support..The project includes actions (different pathways and forms of support to the PU according to the diagnosis of needs) are planned: Individual. professional counselling. together with the creation of IPD, psychological and advisory support in the field of competences necessary for the training of the profession. matching to the predisposition of the PU and the needs of local job year,individual.work mediation,relocation allowance,professional training.Main results of projektu:min 39 % of the UPW the hardest. and 54 % of the total – will get employment after completion.proj. (min. 30 %UP, 18 personnes)immigrants, réémigrants, personnes issues de l’agriculture et de leur famille.Min. 40 % des participants sont peu qualifiés.L’objectif du projet est: accroître la capacité de faire face à des difficultés stables. 60os (33K,27M) âgés de 18-29 ans de voïvodie de Wielkopolska — étant des emplois passifs. (30s), non enregistré en UP (6 personnes) — appartenant au chat. Les NEET ou les travailleurs pauvres, employés dans des contrats de courte durée, travaillant dans le cadre de contrats de droit civil (18os) ou immigrants, réémigrants ou sortants de l’agriculture — dont au moins 12 personnes vivant dans des villes de taille moyenne de la province et 24 personnes peu qualifiées au cours de la période 09.2019-11.2020- par le biais d’un soutien complet personnalisé à l’activation..Le projet comprend des actions (différentes voies et formes de soutien à la PU selon le diagnostic des besoins) sont prévues: le conseil individuel. (difficulté)min. 27 % travaillent. Up améliorera votre situation professionnelle.
