Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства в гр. Карнобат чрез ремонт, реконструкция, преустройство, обновяване на сграден фонд, включително прилежащо дворно пространство, както и доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане.Изпълнението на проекта е предпоставка за създаване на услугата „Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства“ за територията на общината в изпълнение на Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България“. La proposition de projet prévoit la construction d’un centre de soutien quotidien pour les enfants handicapés et leurs familles à Karnobat grâce à des réparations, à la reconstruction, à la reconstruction, à la rénovation du parc immobilier, y compris l’espace de chantier adjacent, ainsi qu’à la fourniture d’équipements et d’ameublement. Der Projektvorschlag sieht den Bau eines täglichen Unterstützungszentrums für Kinder mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien in Karnobat durch Reparaturen, Wiederaufbau, Umbau, Renovierung des Gebäudebestands, einschließlich angrenzender Werftflächen, sowie die Bereitstellung von Ausrüstung und Ausstattung vor.Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist Voraussetzung für die Einrichtung des Dienstes „Day Center for Support of Children with Disabilities and their familys“ für das Gebiet der Gemeinde bei der Umsetzung der Nationalen Strategie „Vision für die Deinstitutionalisierung von Kindern in der Republik Bulgarien“.
