Opis projektu Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na rozbudowie jednego z dwóch budynków Zakładu Aktywności Zawodowej w Bartoszycach zlokalizowanego przy ul. Bema 39 na działce ewidencyjnej nr 3/2 w obrębie geodezyjnym nr 1. W budynku tym funkcjonuje pracownia usług pralniczych, w której pracę wykonuje 6 osób niepełnosprawnych i dwóch instruktorów. Planowany zakres prac obejmuje: - wykonanie nowych fundamentów, - rozbiórka ścianki wewnętrznej z wykonaniem podciągu stalowego, - wykonanie ścian zewnętrznych, - wykonanie stropodachu, - osadzenie stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej - wykonanie elewacji zewnętrznej -przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan i C.O. Prace będą przeprowadzone w okresie 01.02-30.06.2017. Przygotowana została w dniach 01-25.06.2016 dokumentacja projektowa oraz studium wykonalności. W trakcie realizacji projektu prowadzona będzie promocja w okresie 01.02-30.06.2017. Rozbudowa Zakładu będzie inwestycją w infrastrukturę na rzecz integracji społecznej świadczonej przez placówkę, która przygotowuje osoby niepełnosprawne do wejścia na otwarty rynek pracy. Dzięki niej poprawie ulegną warunki pracy, która dla niepełnosprawnych pracowników Zakładu jest formą aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej. W efekcie osoby z niepełnosprawnościami szybciej nauczą się zawodu, co przyśpieszy moment, w którym będą gotowe, by podjąć zatrudnienie na otwartym rynku pracy. W konsekwencji zwolnione przez nich miejsce w Zakładzie zajmą inne osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, które w ten sposób zyskają szansę na zmianę swojej sytuacji społeczno-zawodowej. Projekt wpisuje się w SZOOP, ponieważ polega na inwestycji w infrastrukturę na rzecz integracji społecznej, służącej przygotowaniu do wejścia na rynek pracy. Dzięki rozbudowie Zakładu zwiększa dostępność do usług publicznych świadczonych przez tego typu placówkę dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. W konsekwencji przyczyni się do zmniejszenia odsetka osób korzystających z pomocy społecznej. (Polish)

Project description The subject of the project is the execution of construction works consisting of the extension of one of the two buildings of the Department of Vocational Activity in Bartoszyce located at ul. BEM 39 on registration plot No. 3/2 within geodetic area No. 1. In this building there is a laundry room with 6 disabled people and two instructors. The planned scope of work shall include: — construction of new foundations, – demolition of the inner wall with construction of steel substring, – execution of external walls, – execution of stropodching, – installation of door and window joinery – execution of external facade – refurbishment of electrical, water-channel and C.O. Works will be carried out in the period 01.02-30.06.2017. The project documentation and feasibility study were prepared on 01-25.06.2016. During the implementation of the project the promotion will be carried out in the period 01.02-30.06.2017. The extension of the facility will be an investment in infrastructure for social inclusion provided by an institution that prepares people with disabilities to enter the open labour market. It will improve working conditions, which for disabled employees of the Department is a form of socio-occupational activation. As a result, people with disabilities will learn the profession faster, which will speed up the time when they will be ready to take up employment in an open labour market. Consequently, other persons with disabilities, who will gain a chance to change their socio-professional situation, will take their place dismissed by them. The project is part of the SZOOP because it consists of investment in infrastructure for social inclusion to prepare for entry into the labour market. Thanks to the expansion of the plant, it increases the availability of public services provided by this type of facility for people with disabilities. As a result, it will contribute to reducing the proportion of people receiving social assistance. (English)

Description du projet L’objet du projet est l’exécution de travaux de construction consistant en l’extension de l’un des deux bâtiments du département d’activité professionnelle à Bartoszyce situé à ul. Bema 39 sur la parcelle cadastrale no 3/2 dans la zone géodésique 1. Il y a une buanderie dans ce bâtiment, où 6 personnes handicapées et deux instructeurs travaillent. Le champ d’action prévu comprend: — construction de nouvelles fondations, — démolition du mur intérieur avec la construction d’un sous-fils en acier, — construction de murs extérieurs, — construction de roseaux, — installation de menuiserie de portes et de fenêtres — élévation extérieure — reconstruction du système électrique, canal d’eau et C.O. Les travaux seront réalisés dans la période 01.02-30.06.2017. La documentation du projet et l’étude de faisabilité ont été préparées les 01-25.06.2016. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, la promotion aura lieu entre le 01.02-30.06.2017. L’expansion de l’usine sera un investissement dans l’infrastructure d’inclusion sociale fournie par une institution qui prépare les personnes handicapées à entrer sur le marché du travail ouvert. Il améliorera les conditions de travail, ce qui, pour les employés handicapés du Département, est une forme d’activation socioprofessionnelle. En conséquence, les personnes handicapées apprendront plus rapidement la profession, ce qui accélérera le moment où elles seront prêtes à occuper un emploi sur le marché du travail ouvert. En conséquence, leur siège vacant dans l’établissement sera occupé par d’autres personnes handicapées, qui auront ainsi la possibilité de changer leur situation socioprofessionnelle. Le projet fait partie du SZOOP parce qu’il consiste en des investissements dans des infrastructures d’inclusion sociale afin de préparer l’entrée sur le marché du travail. Grâce à l’expansion de l’usine, elle améliore l’accessibilité des services publics fournis par ce type d’installations aux personnes handicapées. En conséquence, elle contribuera à réduire la part des bénéficiaires de l’aide sociale. (French)
