W celu podniesienia poziomu komp. uczn. szkół zaw. oraz dostosowania tych kompetencji do potrzeb rynku pracy, przeprowadzono diagnozę potrzeb rynku pracy, uczn. oraz szkół, jako placówek. Na jej podstawie został określony cel proj. oraz zadania, które należy zrealizować. Diagnoza ta została pozytywnie zaopiniowana przez organ prowadzący, PUP i prywatnych przedsiębiorców. Głównym celem projektu jest nabycie przez 44 uczn.(K-15, M-29) szkół zaw. z terenu powiatu bełch. kompetencji zaw. mających wpływ na podniesienie potencjału do zatrudnienia dzięki udziałowi w okresie 20 mies. trwania projektu w zaj. specjalistycznych i stażach z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych środków dyd. Projekt obejmie: 1)12 ucz. TM uczących się w zawodach: technik pojazdów sam. - 6 os., tech. informatyk - 6 os. 2)32 ucz. TE-H uczących się w zawodach: -tech. organizacji reklamy- 8 os. -tech. żywienia i usług gastronom.-12 os. -tech. logistyk-12 os. Łącznie 44 os. (K-15, M-29) ZADANIA: 1)Zajęcia specjalistyczne: -grafika komp.-diagnostyka układów zapł. silników spalinowych -zajęcia barmańskie i kelnerskie -procesy logistyczne z elem. obsługi klienta. Łącznie 630 h. Zajęcia rozpoczną się i zakończą oceną poziomu komp. W ramach zadania zostaną doposażone 3 pracownie zaw. w nowoczesne pomoce dyd. 2)Wizyty studyjne W celu zapoznania uczn. z wieloma przedsiębiorstwami z branż zgodnych z kierunkiem zajęć, na które uczęszczają, w ramach projektu odwiedziny 21 przedsiębiorstw. 3)Staże W ramach realizacji proj. wszyscy uczn. będą odbywali staże u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h. Staże zakończą się egzaminami. Rezultaty: -2 szkoły zaw. będą wykorzystywały doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS -38 uczn. In order to raise the level of comp. school students incl. and adapt these competences to the needs of the labour market, the needs of the labour market, pupils and schools were diagnosed as institutions. On the basis of this, the project objective and the tasks to be achieved have been identified. This diagnosis has been positively reviewed by the leading body, PUP and private entrepreneurs. The main objective of the project is to acquire by 44 students (K-15, M-29) schools, including from the area of the district of bełch. competences, including those affecting the increase of the potential for employment due to participation in the 20 months of the project in specialists and internships with the use of modern didds. The project will include: 1)12 teach. TM students in competitions: vehicle technician alone. — 6 people, tech. IT scientist – 6 people. 2)32 teach. Te-H learners in the competition: —tech. advertising organisation- 8 people. —tech. nutrition and catering services.-12 people. —techn. logistics-12 pers. A total of 44 people. (K-15, M-29) TASKS: 1)Special activities: —graphic comp.-diagnostics of internal combustion engines systems – bartender and waitress activities – logistical processes with customer service. A total of 630 hours. The classes will begin and complete the assessment of the comp level. As part of the task, 3 studios will be retrofitted with modern teaching aids. 2) Study visits In order to familiarise students with a number of companies from industries in line with the direction of the classes they attend, 21 companies visit the project. 3) Internship As part of the project, all students will be internships with employers of 150 h. Internships will end with exams. Results: —2 schools incl. will use retrofitting purchased through the ESF -38 students. Afin d’élever le niveau des étudiants et d’adapter ces compétences aux besoins du marché du travail, un diagnostic des besoins du marché du travail, des étudiants et des écoles en tant qu’institutions a été réalisé. Sur cette base, l’objectif du projet a été défini et les tâches à accomplir. Ce diagnostic a reçu un avis positif de l’autorité d’accueil, des OLP et des entrepreneurs privés. L’objectif principal du projet est l’acquisition par 44 étudiants (K-15, M-29) d’écoles du comté de Balch. compétences affectant l’amélioration du potentiel d’emploi par la participation à des classes spécialisées et des stages avec l’utilisation de moyens modernes d’enseignement pendant les 20 mois de la durée du projet. Le projet comprendra: 1)12 enseignent. Les apprenants de TM dans les concours: technicien de véhicules seul. — 6 personnes, IT tech — 6 personnes. 2)32 enseignent. Apprenants de TE-H dans les concours: —organisation de publicité technologique — 8 par. —tech. services alimentaires et gastronomiques.-12 personnes. —tech. logistique-12 pers. Un total de 44 personnes. (K-15, M-29) TÂCHES: 1) classes spécialisées: —analyse graphique des systèmes de moteurs à combustion interne — classes de barmans et de serveurs — processus logistiques avec, par exemple, service à la clientèle. Un total de 630 h. Les classes commenceront et termineront l’évaluation du niveau de compa. Dans le cadre de cette tâche, trois ateliers seront modernisés avec des outils pédagogiques modernes. 2)Visites d’études Afin de familiariser les étudiants avec un certain nombre d’entreprises des secteurs en fonction du cours qu’ils fréquentent, dans le cadre du projet de visite de 21 entreprises. 3) Stages Dans le cadre du projet, tous les étudiants seront des stages auprès d’employeurs de 150 h. Les stages se termineront par des examens. Résultats: —2 écoles utiliseront les élèves de l’ESF-38 pour l’adaptation.
