L’étape « Associées vers l’entreprise » a les mêmes objectifs de sorties positives que le PLIE, à savoir : Le retour à l’emploi durable (+ de 6 mois) l’accès à une formation qualifiante et la création d’activité Pour cela, la mission se décline en 3 axes : 1/ _L’action à destination des publics PLIE en appui aux référents :_ \- Promotion des candidatures par la prospection des entreprises du territoire - Facilitation pour des entretiens-conseil, recherche d’EMT etc. \- Médiation dans l'emploi : échanges avec l’employeur sur les problèmes repérés sur le poste, \- Intégration et maintien dans l'emploi : accompagnement et suivi en entreprise. 2/ _L’action à destination des partenaires PLIE:_ Possibilité d’organiser des visites d'entreprises, des rensontres métiers ayant un lien avec le monde économique local. 3/ _L’animation locale_ : En participant à l'animation du Resau d'Emploi du Sud Ouest Lyonnais, faciliter l'accès pour les participants à des actions visant le rapprochement ou l’accès à l’emploi comme des rencontres métiers ou des job dating **Modalités de mise en oeuvre:** L’action consiste à suivre 30 personnes en continu sur l’année, avec entrée et sortie permanente selon 4 phases : 1/Identification par le référent de parcours du candidat et transmission d'une fiche de positionnement. 2/Entretien de diagnostic d’entrée à l’étape avec la rédaction d'une fiche de contractualisation de l’étape. 3/Suivi du candidat avec la mise en place d’étapes pour le retour à l’emploi et émargement d'une feuille de présence. 4/Sortie de l’étape en lien avec le candidat et le référent. Die Phase „Assoziierte Unternehmen“ hat die gleichen Ziele für positive Ausstiege wie die PLIE, nämlich: Die Rückkehr in eine dauerhafte Beschäftigung (+ 6 Monate) Zugang zu einer qualifizierten Ausbildung und die Schaffung von Aktivitäten Um dies zu erreichen, gliedert sich der Auftrag in drei Schwerpunkte: 1/_Die Aktion für die Öffentlichkeit PLIE zur Unterstützung der Referenten:_ \- Förderung von Bewerbungen durch Exploration von Unternehmen in der Region – Erleichterung für Beratungsgespräche, Suche nach EMT usw. \- Vermittlung in der Beschäftigung: Austausch mit dem Arbeitgeber über die auf der Stelle festgestellten Probleme, \- Integration und Verbleib in der Beschäftigung: Begleitung und Begleitung im Unternehmen. 2/_Die Aktion für PLIE-Partner:_ Möglichkeit, Unternehmensbesuche zu organisieren und neue Berufe mit Bezug zur lokalen Wirtschaftswelt zu organisieren. 3/_Die lokale Animation_: Durch die Teilnahme an der Animation des „Resau d’emploi du Sud Ouest Lyonnais“ soll den Teilnehmern der Zugang zu Aktionen erleichtert werden, die auf die Annäherung oder den Zugang zur Beschäftigung abzielen, wie z. Berufstreffen oder Job-Dating **Durchführungsmodalitäten:** Die Aktion besteht darin, 30 Personen kontinuierlich über das Jahr zu begleiten, wobei es sich um vier Phasen handelt: 1/Identifizierung durch den Reiseleiter des Bewerbers und Übermittlung eines Positionsbogens. 2/Eingangsdiagnosewartung in der Phase mit dem Schreiben eines Schritt-Vertragsbogens. 3/Beobachtung des Bewerbers mit der Einführung von Schritten für die Rückkehr ins Berufsleben und Einrichten einer Anwesenheitsliste. 4/Ausgang der Etappe in Verbindung mit dem Bewerber und dem Referenten.
