Slovenija sodi med najbolj institucionalizirane države na svetu (je druga najbolj institucionalizirana država v Evropi), v institucijah še zmeraj živi več kot 20.000 ljudi, med njimi največ starejših, skupaj z ljudmi z dolgotrajnimi težavami v duševnem zdravju in drugimi ovirami ostajajo izrinjeni iz skupnosti in marginalizirani v institucijah preživljajo desetletja. V Italiji so uspešno zaprli institucije že v 70-tih letih prejšnjega stoletja in jih preoblikovali v službe v skupnosti. Pri nas smo doslej edino ustanovo uspešno zaprli prav v gradu Cmurek na Tratah, kjer je do leta 2004 deloval Zavod za duševno in živčno bolne, od leta 2013 pa v njem z različnimi akterji gradimo Muzej norosti. Na tem simboličnem mestu zaprtja razvijamo pogoje za enako vključevanje ljudi z ovirami v vse segmente življenja v skupnosti. Po naših izkušnjah umetnost in kultura s svojim širokim izraznim razponom igrata ključno vlogo pri odpravljanju tabujev, stigme, predsodkov, vključevanju ljudi v običajne življenjske situacije, kot aktivna in pasivna udeležba na kulturnih dogodkih, aktivna udeležba v delovnih procesih pri ustvarjanju dogodkov. Ugotovili smo, da prav sam proces sodelovanja in soustvarjanja moramo dodatno raziskati, da bi lahko zagotovili pogoje za finančno in družbeno priznanje dela vseh, vključenih v delovne procese. Namen projekta je razvoj inovativne poslovne ideje s področja KKS, imenovane DIFF-SHOP: UMETNOST ZA DEZINSTITUCIONALIZACIJO.Projekt namerava v 12 mesecih izvajanja pripraviti poslovni in finančni načrt inovativnega modela storitve in produktov za bodočo umetniško trgovino, ki bo (po pripravljenem poslovnem načrtu) kot startup zaživela v Muzeju norosti na Tratah. Muzej norosti tako predstavlja tudi potencialnega poslovnega partnerja, s katerim bi družno odprli trgovina z umetniškimi izdelki, namenjeni turistični kulturni dejavnosti.V Sloveniji podobne “trgovina” sicer obstajajo, a inovativnost naše ideje je v tem, da nameravamo poslovni načrt pripraviti (Slovenian)

Slovenia is one of the most institutionalised countries in the world (it is the second most institutionalised country in Europe), more than 20 000 people still live in institutions, most of them older people, together with people with long-term mental health problems and other obstacles remain out of the community and marginalised in institutions spend decades. In Italy, institutions were successfully closed down in the 1970s and transformed into community services. We have so far successfully closed the only institution in the castle Cmurek in Trata, where until 2004 the Institute for Mental and Nervous Sickness was operating and since 2013 we have been building the Museum of Madness with various actors. At this symbolic place of closure, we develop the conditions for equal integration of people with obstacles in all segments of community life. In our experience, arts and culture, with their wide range of expression, play a key role in eliminating taboos, stigma, prejudice, inclusion of people in normal life situations, as active and passive participation in cultural events, active participation in work processes in the creation of events. We found that the process of cooperation and co-creation itself needs to be further explored in order to provide the conditions for the financial and social recognition of the work of all those involved in the work processes. The purpose of the project is to develop an innovative business idea in the field of KKS called DIFF-SHOP: Art FOR DEZINSTITUCIONALISATION. The project intends to prepare a business and financial plan for an innovative model of service and products for the future art shop within the 12 months of implementation. The project will (according to the prepared business plan) live as a startup in the Museum of Madness in Trata. The Museum of Madness thus also represents a potential business partner, with which we would joinly open a shop of art products dedicated to tourist cultural activities. La Slovénie est l’un des pays les plus institutionnalisés au monde (c’est le deuxième pays le plus institutionnalisé d’Europe), plus de 20 000 personnes vivent encore dans des institutions, pour la plupart des personnes âgées, ainsi que des personnes souffrant de problèmes de santé mentale à long terme et d’autres obstacles restent hors de la communauté et marginalisés dans les institutions passent des décennies. En Italie, les institutions ont été fermées avec succès dans les années 1970 et transformées en services communautaires. Nous avons jusqu’à présent fermé avec succès la seule institution du château de Cmurek à Trata, où, jusqu’en 2004, l’Institute for Mental and Nervous S Malaness fonctionnait et depuis 2013 nous construisons le Musée de la folie avec différents acteurs. Dans ce lieu symbolique de fermeture, nous développons les conditions d’une intégration égale des personnes avec des obstacles dans tous les segments de la vie communautaire. Dans notre expérience, les arts et la culture, avec leur large éventail d’expressions, jouent un rôle clé dans l’élimination des tabous, de la stigmatisation, des préjugés, de l’inclusion des personnes dans des situations normales de vie, de la participation active et passive aux événements culturels, de la participation active aux processus de travail dans la création d’événements. Nous avons constaté que le processus de coopération et de co-création lui-même devait être étudié plus avant afin de fournir les conditions nécessaires à la reconnaissance financière et sociale du travail de toutes les personnes impliquées dans les processus de travail. L’objectif du projet est de développer une idée d’entreprise innovante dans le domaine des KKS appelée DIFF-SHOP: Art POUR LA DEZINSTITUCIONALISATION. Le projet vise à préparer un plan d’affaires et financier pour un modèle innovant de services et de produits pour la future boutique d’art dans les 12 mois suivant la mise en œuvre. Le projet (selon le plan d’affaires préparé) vivra en tant que start-up au Musée de la Madness à Trata. Le Musée de la folie représente donc aussi un partenaire commercial potentiel, avec lequel nous ouvririons ensemble une boutique de produits d’art dédiés aux activités culturelles touristiques. En Slovénie, il existe un «magasin» similaire, mais l’innovation de notre idée est que nous avons l’intention de préparer un plan d’affaires (French)

Slowenien ist eines der am meisten institutionalisierten Länder der Welt (es ist das zweitstärkste Land in Europa), mehr als 20 000 Menschen leben immer noch in Institutionen, die meisten von ihnen ältere Menschen, zusammen mit Menschen mit langfristigen psychischen Problemen und anderen Hindernissen bleiben außerhalb der Gemeinschaft und marginalisiert in Institutionen, die Jahrzehnte verbringen. In Italien wurden die Institutionen in den 1970er Jahren erfolgreich geschlossen und in Gemeinschaftsdienste umgewandelt. Bisher haben wir die einzige Institution auf dem Schloss Cmurek in Trata erfolgreich geschlossen, wo bis 2004 das Institut für Mental und Nervous Sickness in Betrieb war und seit 2013 das Madness-Museum mit verschiedenen Schauspielern errichtet wurde. An diesem symbolischen Ort der Schließung entwickeln wir die Voraussetzungen für eine gleichberechtigte Integration von Menschen mit Hindernissen in allen Bereichen des Gemeinschaftslebens. In unserer Erfahrung spielen Kunst und Kultur mit ihrem breiten Ausdrucksspektrum eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Beseitigung von Tabus, Stigmatisierung, Vorurteilen, Einbeziehung von Menschen in normale Lebenssituationen, als aktive und passive Teilnahme an kulturellen Veranstaltungen, aktive Teilnahme an Arbeitsprozessen bei der Schaffung von Veranstaltungen. Wir stellten fest, dass der Prozess der Zusammenarbeit und der Mitgestaltung selbst weiter erforscht werden muss, um die Bedingungen für die finanzielle und soziale Anerkennung der Arbeit aller an den Arbeitsprozessen Beteiligten zu schaffen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine innovative Geschäftsidee im Bereich der KKS namens DIFF-SHOP zu entwickeln: Art FOR DEZINSTITUCIONALISATION. Das Projekt soll innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach der Umsetzung einen Business- und Finanzplan für ein innovatives Dienstleistungs- und Produktmodell für den zukünftigen Kunstladen erstellen. Das Projekt wird (nach dem vorbereiteten Businessplan) als Startup im Museum of Madness in Trata leben. Das Madness-Museum stellt somit auch einen potentiellen Geschäftspartner dar, mit dem wir gemeinsam einen Shop mit Kunstprodukten für touristische kulturelle Aktivitäten eröffnen würden. In Slowenien gibt es ähnliche „Store“, aber die Innovationsfähigkeit unserer Idee ist, dass wir einen Geschäftsplan vorbereiten wollen. (German)
