L'opération s'inscrit dans le cadre général du Plan Rhône et son axe 1 : Renforcer la capacité du territoire à faire face à un risque d'inondation. L'opération consiste à mettre en place des démarches auprès du monde agricole sur le territoire du Syndicat du Haut Rhône, en proposant des mesures de réduction de vulnérabilité adaptées au contexte local, avec un accompagnement technique et financier pour les agriculteurs situés en zone inondable sur le périmètre du syndicat du Haut Rhône dans les départements de l'Isère, l'Ain, la Savoie et la Haute Savoie, pour la période 2019/2021. Le public concerné correspond à toutes les exploitations agricoles exploitant des terres et/ou ayant des bâtiments agricoles en zone inondable du Rhône sur le périmètre du Syndicat du Haut Rhône. The operation consists of setting up procedures with the agricultural world in the territory of the Syndicat du Haut Rhône, proposing vulnerability reduction measures adapted to the local context, with technical and financial support for farmers located in flooded areas on the perimeter of the Haut Rhône union in the departments of Isère, Ain, Savoie and Haute Savoie, for the period 2019/2021.
