Projekta mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu Mārupes novadā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai nepieciešamajā ielu un ceļu infrastruktūrā - pašvaldībai atbilstoši likuma “Par pašvaldībām” 15.pantam nodrošinot vienu no tās autonomajām funkcijām - pārbūvēt komersantu darbībai nepieciešamo ielu un ceļu infrastruktūru, bet komersantiem Ministru kabineta noteikumos Nr. 593 no 13.10.2015. noteiktajā termiņā attīstīt savu komercdarbību, radot jaunas darba vietas un veicot nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos. Projekta ietvaros tiks veikta ielu un ceļu satiksmei paredzētās infrastruktūras attīstīšana, pārbūvējot ceļu C-16 posmā no ceļa C-15 (Alpi-Dumpji) līdz Dzirnieku ielai, ceļu C-13 no Dzirnieku ielas līdz Stīpnieku ceļam, Dzirnieku ielu posmā no īpašuma Dzirnieku ielā 15 līdz Peronu ielai un ceļu C-15 posmā no C-16 līdz Stīpnieku ceļam. Plānojam, ka projekta īstenošanas rezultātā:1)ne mazāk kā 17 komersanti būs guvuši labumu no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā;2)komersanti, kas būs guvuši labumu no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā radīs ne mazāk kā 81 jaunu darba vietu;3)no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā labumu guvušo komersantu nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos sasniegs ne mazāk kā 3 554 933 eiro.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 2 370 759,55 eiro, t.sk. Eiropas reģionālā attīstības fonda finansējums – 1 501 600 eiro.Projekts tiks īstenots no 07.07.2017. līdz 06.12.2018. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to increase the amount of private investments in Marupe region by investing in street and road infrastructure necessary for the development of commercial activities – by providing the municipality with one of its autonomous functions in accordance with Article 15 of the Law “On Local Governments” – reconstructing street and road infrastructure necessary for the operation of merchants, and merchants from the time limit No. 593 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 13.10.2015 to develop their commercial activities by creating new jobs and making non-financial investments in their own intangible investments and fixed assets. Within the framework of the project the development of street and road traffic infrastructure will be carried out by rebuilding the road C-16 from road C-15 (Alpi-dumpji) to Dzirnieku Street, the road C-13 from Dzirnieku Street to Stīpnieku road, Dzirnieku Street from property at Dzirnieku iela 15 to Peronu Street and road C-15 from C-16 to Stīpnieku road. We plan that as a result of the implementation of the project:1) no less than 17 merchants will have benefited from the investments made within the framework of the project in infrastructure;2) the operators who will have benefited from the investments made within the framework of the project in infrastructure will create no less than 81 new jobs;3) from the investments carried out within the framework of the project non-financial investments of the merchants in their own intangible investments and fixed assets will reach not less than EUR 3 554 933.The total costs of the project are EUR 2 370 759.55, incl. European Regional Development Fund funding – EUR 1 501 600.Project will be implemented from 07.07.2017 to 06.12.2018. (English)
