La _première action_ concerne l'achat de prestations de formation pour la mise en oeuvre du dispositif de formation "Redynamisation sociale - DETAK". Le programme "RS DETAK » (Redynamisation sociale) est constitué d'actions préparatoires à la qualification et s'adresse à un public de faible niveau de qualification, souvent éloigné de l'emploi, afin de faciliter son insertion sociale et professionnelle. Il vise à optimiser les capacités du stagiaire par une revalorisation de son image et une reprise de confiance en soi à travers des actions privilégiant le développement personnel ainsi que l'élaboration de projets individuels et collectifs. Ce programme de formation, mis en oeuvre dans les quatre micro-régions, vise un effectif de 496 stagiaires pour un volume global de 173 600 heures de face à face pédagogique. La prestation donne lieu également à des enquêtes pour connaître le devenir des stagiaires, réalisées 6 mois au terme de leur formation ; elles sont réalisées et transmises à la Région par le prestataire. La _deuxième action_ concerne la rémunération des stagiaires conformément à l'article R 6341-1 du Code du travail. (French)

The first action concerns the purchase of training services for the implementation of the training package “Social revitalisation — DETAK”. The “RS DETAK” programme (Social revitalisation) consists of preparatory actions for qualification and is aimed at a low-skilled public, often remote from employment, in order to facilitate their social and professional integration. It aims to optimise the trainee’s capabilities by upgrading his/her image and regaining self-confidence through actions focusing on personal development and the development of individual and collective projects. This training programme, implemented in the four micro-regions, aims at a staff of 496 trainees with an overall volume of 173,600 hours face-to-face pedagogical. The service also gives rise to surveys to determine the future of trainees, carried out six months at the end of their training; they are carried out and transmitted to the Region by the service provider. The second action concerns the remuneration of trainees in accordance with Article R 6341-1 of the Labour Code. (English)
