Dans le cadre d'une réhabilitation du patrimoine, l'INRA est dans une dynamique de rénover une partie de ses bâtiments à l'intérieur du domaine de Duclos. Par son activité, l'INRA a le désir pour le bâtiment ASTRO-EST d'optimiser les performances énergétiques sur le plan architectural mais également technique pour la rénovation lourde. Les travaux de rénovation du bâtiment ASTRO-EST s'inscrivent dans le cadre de la restructuration du site de l'INRA Antilles-Guyane dont l'étude de programmation réalisée en 2013 a défini les grandes lignes. Ces travaux de rénovation prévoient, pour l'essentiel : - le confortement parasismique du bâtiment selon les EUROCODES en vigueur, - la rénovation énergétique du bâtiment, - des travaux d'aménagement des espaces intérieurs permettant d'accueillir les services administratifs du site. As part of a heritage rehabilitation, INRA is in a dynamic to renovate part of its buildings inside the Duclos estate. Through its activity, INRA has the desire for the ASTRO-EST building to optimise both architectural and technical energy performance for heavy renovation. The renovation of the ASTRO-EST building is part of the restructuring of the INRA Antilles-Guyane site, which was outlined in the 2013 programming study. The main part of the renovation work is to: — seismic reinforcement of the building according to the EUROCODES in force, — the energy renovation of the building, — the fitting-out of the interior spaces to accommodate the administrative services of the site.
