Cette opération portée par la coopérative d'activité et d'emploi CLARA a pour objet l'accompagnement de 30 nouveaux créateurs et l'accompagnement post création de 50 créateurs d'activité situés en Ile-de-France. Le parcours en coopérative d’activité et d’emploi est un dispositif innovant d'accompagnement. Elle vise plus particulièrement le secteur culturel et se déroule 3 étapes suivant la maturité des porteurs de projet et la rentabilité de leur activité : -La 1er étape vise l’intégration dans la CAE par un diagnostic et un accompagnement des nouveaux entrant, ce qui se formalise par un CAPE (contrat d’appui au projet d’entreprise (2 X 6 mois) L’objectif est de sortir des minimas sociaux ; un CAPE n’ouvre pas droit à rémunération ou indemnisation -La 2éme étape vise la pérennisation des activités permettant au créateur de se dégager un salaire et une ouverture de droit en accédant à statut de CDI CESA (Contrat à durée indéterminé-contrat d’entrepreneur salarié associé) avec pour objectif de dégager un salaire sur un temp plein (30 mois) -La 3éme étape vise le renforcement et la structuration de l’activité sur du long terme en utilisant le statut de créateur salarié (CDI CESA) après 36 mois d’accompagnement (French)

This operation carried out by the activity and employment cooperative CLARA aims to support 30 new creators and post-creation support of 50 business creators located in Ile-de-France. The journey as an activity and employment cooperative is an innovative support device. It is aimed specifically at the cultural sector and takes place 3 steps following the maturity of the project promoters and the profitability of their activity: —The first stage aims to integrate into the EAC through a diagnosis and support of new entrants, which is formalised by a CAPE (contract to support the business project (2 X 6 months) The aim is to get out of the social minimas; a CAPE does not give rise to the right to remuneration or compensation -The second stage is aimed at the sustainability of activities enabling the creator to release himself a salary and an opening of right by becoming a CDI CESA (Contract of indefinite duration-associated employee entrepreneur contract) with the objective of earning a salary over a full time (30 months) -The third stage aims to strengthen and structure the activity over the long term by using the status of employee creator (CDI CESA) after 36 months of support (English)
