Kurs mit allgemeiner Berufsorientierung (siehe heterogene Zielgruppe, Punkt 18). Die Maßnahme umfasst berufsbezogenen Deutschunterricht, der auch Bewerbungstraining, Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz und interkulturelle Kompetenzen enthält. Dazu kommt ein Qualifizierungsmodul mit drei Teilen: - Fachunterricht: EDV, Mathematik, Allgemeine und spezifische Berufskunde, Rechtliche und arbeitsrechtliche Aspekte des Berufslebens, 4 Reflexionstage während des Praktikums - Berufsorientiertes Praktikum - 2 Betriebsbesichtigungen zum Zweck der Berufsorientierung Der Kurs schließt mit der telc-Prüfung „Deutsch B1 + Beruf“ oder "Deutsch B2 + Beruf", je nach Lernstand der Teilnehmenden und beruflichem Profil, ab. Beratung und individuelles Coaching im Hinblick auf Vermittlung der TN in den 1. Arbeitsmarkt sind wichtige Bestandteile der gesamten Maßnahme, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die sehr heterogene Gruppenzusammensetzung. (German)
