A empreitada consignada a 21-08-2017, com a primeira fatura emitida a 7-11-2017, tinha o fim previsto para 18/05/2017. Porém o significativo atraso na montagem das instalações provisórias e respetivas infraestruturas dos Serviços das Finanças (concluída a 31-12-2017) condicionaram o andamento dos trabalhos. However, the significant delay in setting up the temporary installations and their infrastructure of the Finance Services (completed 31-12-2017) made the progress of the work conditional.
