Projekt s názvom "Zníženie energetickej náročnosti verejnej budovy - Prevádzkovo-administratívna budova obce Bystré" je zameraný na zníženie spotreby energie pri prevádzke administratívnej budovy v obci Bystré. Žiadateľom je obec Bystré, ako majiteľ budovy a pozemku. Cieľovou skupinou sú zamestnanci, ktorí v budove pracujú a obyvatelia obce Bystré. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity "Zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy obecnej budovy" a podporných aktivít projektu. Miestom realizácie projektu je obec Bystré, Šarišská 98. Bezbariérový vstup do budovy bude súčasťou projektu. Podporné aktivity projektu - riadenie projektu a publicita projektu.Miesto realizácie projektu: Obec Bystré, Šarišská 98, parcely č. 467/1 a 467/2, okres Vranov nad Topľou, Prešovský kraj.V dôsledku realizácie projektu dôjde k obnove jednej verejnej budovy nad rámec minimálnych požiadaviek s celkovou podlahovou plochou 709,25 m2. Realizáciou projektu dôjde ku zníženiu potreby energie v budove (rozdiel medzi celkovou ročnou spotrebou palív a energie pred a po realizácii opatrení energetickej efektívnosti) o 77 500 kWh/rok, pričom merná spotreba energie na vykurovanie sa zníži z 131,42 kWh/(m2.a) na 25,67 kWh/(m2.a), teda o 80,5%. Po ukončení realizácie projektu bude administratívna budova s takmer nulovou potrebou energie, energetická trieda sa zmení z "C" na "A0".Ďaľšie merateľné ukazovatele projektu:- počet opatrení na zníženie spotreby energie realizovaných vo verejnej budove - 5- počet verejných budov na úrovni nízkoenergetickej alebo ultranízkoenergetickej alebo s takmer nulovou potrebou energie - 1 (Slovak)

The project entitled “Reducing the energy intensity of a public building – Operating-administrative building of the village Bystré” is aimed at reducing energy consumption during the operation of an administrative building in the municipality of Bystré. The applicant is the municipality of Bystré, as owner of the building and land. The target group is the employees who work in the building and residents of the village Bystré. The project will be implemented through one main activity “Reducing the energy intensity of the municipal building” and supporting activities of the project. The place of implementation of the project is the municipality of Bystré, Šarišská 98. Barrier-free access to the building will be part of the project. Project support activities – project management and publicity.Place of project implementation: Municipality Bystré, Šarišská 98, parcels No. 467/1 and 467/2, okres Vranov nad Topľou, Prešovský kraj.As a result of the implementation of the project, one public building will be renovated beyond the minimum requirements with a total floor area of 709,25 m². The project will reduce the energy needs of the building (difference between total annual fuel and energy consumption before and after implementation of energy efficiency measures) by 77500 kWh/year, while the specific energy consumption for heating will be reduced from 131.42 kWh/(m².a) to 25.67 kWh/(m².a), i.e. 80.5 %. After the completion of the project, there will be an administrative building with almost zero energy demand, the energy class will be changed from “C” to “A0”.Other measurable project indicators:- number of measures to reduce energy consumption implemented in a public building – 5- number of public buildings at low or ultra-low energy level or with almost zero energy demand – 1 (English)
