Projekt zakłada utworzenie 50 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Publicznym Żłobku nr 3 w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu, przewidzianych ustawą z dnia 4 lutego 2011r. o opiece nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 603 z późn. zm.). Projekt jest komplementarny z zadaniami realizowanymi w ramach programu "Maluch+ 2019". Jest odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie w Gminie Kędzierzyn-Koźle na nowe miejsca opieki dla dzieci w wieku do lat 3 i ma na celu ułatwienie rodzicom powrotu do pracy oraz aktywizację zawodową. Rodzina stanowi bowiem podstawową komórkę społeczną. Niezwykle istotnym jest ochrona tej wartości oraz podejmowanie działań ułatwiających rodzinom funkcjonowanie we współczesnym świecie. Gmina, jako jednostka samorządu terytorialnego ma obowiązek dążenia do zaspokajania zbiorowych potrzeb wspólnoty. Zadaniem żłobka jest zapewnienie dziecku opieki w warunkach bytowych zbliżonych do warunków domowych, zagwarantowanie dziecku właściwej opieki pielęgnacyjnej oraz edukacyjnej przez prowadzenie zajęć zabawowych z elementami edukacji, z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb dziecka oraz prowadzenie zajęć opiekuńczo-wychowawczych i edukacyjnych, uwzględniających rozwój psychomotoryczny dziecka, właściwych do wieku dziecka. Grupą docelową-ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia będą osoby pracujące opiekujące się dziećmi do lat 3, w tym m.in. przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim lub rodzicielskim. Chcąc przeciwdziałać negatywnym skutkom zmian demograficznych, należy już dziś podjąć szereg inicjatyw wspierających rodzinę w wypełnianiu jej funkcji, zwiększających dzietność, ułatwiających godzenie ról zawodowych i rodzinnych.W ramach projektu przewiduje się zatrudnienie 4 opiekunów i pomocy kuchennej oraz zakup wyposażenia, pomocy i zabawek (Polish)

The project involves the creation of 50 new childcare places for 3 in the public crèche 3 in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, provided for by the Act of 4 February 2011 on the care of children up to the age of 3 (Dz. (Polish Journal of Laws of 2018, item 603, as amended). The project is complementary with the work carried out by the “Maluch + 2019” programme. It responds to the demand in the municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle with new care facilities for children under the age of 3 and aims to make it easier for parents to return to work and to activate them. The family is the core social cell. It is crucial to protect this value and to take measures to make it easier for families to operate in the modern world. The municipality, as a local authority, must seek to meet the collective needs of the community. The task of a crèche is to provide the child with care in a manner that is similar to that of the home, to provide the child with appropriate care and educational care, taking account of the individual needs of the child and to provide care and educational activities, taking into account the child’s psychomotor and psychomotor life. The target final recipients will be those who take care of children up to the 3s, including, but not limited to, on maternity or parental leave. With a view to addressing the negative consequences of demographic change, a number of initiatives are already being taken today to support the family in the performance of its functions, in order to contribute to the reconciliation of professional and family roles. the project foresees the recruitment of 4 carers and kitchen support, as well as the purchase of equipment, aids and toys.
