    Projekt zakłada stworzenie na terenie Powiatu Wołomińskiego nowoczesnego systemu wczesnego ostrzegania przed zjawiskami katastrofalnymi w postaci syren alarmowych z możliwością nadawania komunikatów głosowych. W szczególności będzie polegał na zakupieniu 50 nowych urządzeń nagłaśniających - syren alarmowych (szczelinowych) i zamontowaniu ich na wyznaczonych budynkach użyteczności publicznej (OSP, Urzędy Gmin, szkoły, itp.), zakupieniu 9 pulpitów sterowniczych dla gmin oraz centrali alarmowej dla Powiatowego Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego, wdrożeniu aplikacji do sterowania Punktami Alarmowymi (PA) i zintegrowaniu systemu powiatowego z systemem wojewódzkim.
