Przedmiotem realizacji projektu jest termomodernizacja dwóch obiektów użyteczności publicznej – budynku dworca autobusowego i siedziby Urzędu Miejskiego. Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza w Gminie Brześć Kujawski poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków. Projekt nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną. Całkowita wartość projektu - 1 520 236,77 zł brutto zł. Kwota wydatków kwalifikowalnych - 1 200 000,00 zł, w tym dofinansowanie ze środków Unii Europejskiej (EFRR) - 1 020 000,00 zł. Projekt jest ściśle związany ze Strategią rozwoju Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji dla miasta Włocławek oraz obszaru powiązanego z nim funkcjonalnie. Realizuje cel rozwojowy Poprawa efektywności energetycznej oraz zmniejszenie niskich emisji oraz priorytet inwestycyjny w ramach tego celu, jakim jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków. Wpisany jest do listy projektów stanowiących integralną część Strategii. Projekt jest zgodny z realizacją celu RPO WK-P 2014-2020 w ramach działania 3.3. Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym, priorytetem 4c. Wspieranie efektywności energetycznej, inteligentnego zarządzania energią i wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii w infrastrukturze publicznej, w tym w budynkach publicznych, i w sektorze mieszkaniowym. Celem szczegółowym jest natomiast zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej i wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkaniowych (Schemat: Modernizacja energetyczna budynków publicznych – w ramach polityki terytorialnej). The object of the project is the thermomodernisation of two public utility facilities – the bus station building and the seat of the Municipal Office. The overall objective of the project is to improve air purity in Brześć Kujawski Municipality by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings. The project is not covered by public aid. Total value of the project – PLN 1 520 236.77 gross. Amount of eligible expenditure – PLN 1 200 000.00, including co-financing from the European Union (ERDF) – PLN 1 020 000.00. The project is closely related to the Strategy for the Development of the Strategic Intervention Area for the city of Włocławek and the area connected with it functionally. It pursues the development objective Improving energy efficiency and reducing low emissions and investment priority under this objective of improving the energy efficiency of buildings. It is included in the list of projects forming an integral part of the Strategy. The project is consistent with the achievement of the ROP WK-P 2014-2020 objective under Measure 3.3. Energy efficiency in the public and housing sectors, priority 4c. Promoting energy efficiency, smart energy management and the use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure, including public buildings, and in the housing sector.
