Projekt przygotowany został przez 2 partnerów, planowany jest na okres od 1.09.2017 do 30.06.2019. Projekt wspiera wyłącznie osoby fizyczne w wieku 30 lat i więcej, pozostające bez pracy (wyłącznie osoby bezrobotne, zarejestrowane w PUP), zamieszkałe w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego w 2 powiatach woj. pomorskiego o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia tj.: kwidzyńskim i sztumskim, należące do wszystkich poniższych grup: a) osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, b) kobiety, c) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach podjętych działań informacyjno-promocyjnych rekrutowanych do projektu będzie 100 uczestników projektu (dalej UP), w tym co najmniej 10% UP stanowić będą osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Każdemu UP zapewniamy wsparcie realizowane w postaci kompleksowych rozwiązań w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie zatrudnienie osób pozostających bez pracy. Cel ten osiągniemy w okresie 22 m-cy realizacji proj. (do końca 06.2019r.) poprzez indywidualne i kompleksowe działania aktywizacji zawodowej. Każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie opracowany Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD) w oparciu o identyfikację potrzeb. IPD zaoferują następujące rodzaje wsparcia: a) wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze; b) poradnictwo zawodowe; c) warsztaty aktywnego poszukiwania pracy; d) szkolenia zawodowe; e) staże zawodowe; f) pośrednictwo pracy. Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma przynieść grupie docelowej to efektywność zatrudnieniowa na poziomie 45%. (Polish)

The project has been prepared by 2 partners and is planned for the period from 1.09.2017 to 30.06.2019. The project supports only individuals aged 30 years and over who are unemployed (unemployed only, registered in the PUP), residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in 2 poviats with a high unemployment rate, i.e.: Kwidzynski and Schumski, belonging to all of the following groups: (a) persons aged 50 years and over, (b) women, (c) persons with disabilities, (d) long-term unemployed, e) low-skilled persons. Within the framework of the information and promotion activities recruited for the project, there will be 100 participants of the project (hereinafter the Polish University), of which at least 10 % of the Polish University will be persons with disabilities. Every UP we provide support implemented in the form of comprehensive solutions in the field of professional activation, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant The main aim of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed. This goal will be achieved in the period of 22 m implementation of the project. (until the end of 06.2019) through individual and comprehensive activities of professional activation. An Individual Action Plan (IPD) will be developed for each participant based on the identification of needs. IPDs will offer the following types of support: psychological and advisory support; career guidance; active job search workshops; professional training; traineeships; F) intermediation of work. The most important impact the project is expected to bring to the target group is the employment efficiency of 45 %. (English)
