Projekt zakłada zakup 51 sztuk specjalistycznego sprzętu ratownictwa dla 23 jednostek Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej i Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej z obszaru 8 gmin powiatu kartuskiego zamieszkałego przez ponad 129 tysięcy osób. Doposażenie jednostek ratownictwa wpłynie na osiągnięcie celu nadrzędnego projektu jakim jest wzmocnienie odporności powiatu kartuskiego na zagrożenia naturalne, przede wszystkim susze i powodzie. The project involves the purchase of 51 pieces of specialised rescue equipment for 23 units of Volunteer Fire Service and District Headquarters of the State Fire Service from the area of 8 communes of Carthusian district inhabited by more than 129 thousand people. Retrofitting of rescue units will contribute to achieving the goal of the overarching project, which is to strengthen the resilience of Carthusian county to natural hazards, especially droughts and floods.
