Projekt polega na utworzeniu mieszkania chronionego dla 3 osób w zabytkowym budynku byłej szkoły podstawowej w Goląszy Górnej, zlokalizowanym na obszarze LGD „Brynica to nie granica” oraz obszarze zdegradowanym wyznaczonym do rewitalizacji w LPR Gminy Psary. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje: 1) prace remontowe/budowlane dotyczące adaptacji pomieszczeń na mieszkanie chronione 2) wyposażenie mieszkania 3) monitoring mieszkania 4) promocję projektu 5) studium wykonalności. Projekt realizować będzie wnioskodawca – gmina Psary, zaś budynkiem i mieszkaniem w imieniu wnioskodawcy zarządzać będzie jednostka organizacyjna gminy: Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Psarach. (Polish)

The project consists of the creation of a sheltered housing for 3 people in the historical building of the former primary school in Goląza Upper, located within the LAG area of ‘Brynica to do not.’ and the run-down area designated for regeneration in the LPR of the Psary local area. The scope of the investment includes: 1) renovation/construction works relating to the adaptation of accommodation rooms protected by 2) the equipment of a dwelling (3) monitoring of accommodation (4)) the promotion of project 5) of a feasibility study. The project will be carried out by the applicant — the municipality of Psary and will be managed by the organisational unit of the municipality on behalf of the applicant: Centre for Social Assistance in Prasach.
