Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest budowa oczyszczalni ścieków w Drzycimiu, na działce nr 268/1 w aglomeracji Drzycim wyznaczonej uchwałą nr XII/280/15 Sejmiku Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego z dnia 28 września 2015 r. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia odsetka ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych, co jest spójne z celem działania 4.3 RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020. Potrzeba realizacji inwestycji wynika ze znacznego wyeksploatowania obecnie funkcjonującej oczyszczalni ścieków zlokalizowanej w Drzycimiu przy ul. Młyńskiej, która zostanie zastąpiona nową oczyszczalnią. W ramach niniejszego wniosku projekt realizowany będzie w dwóch etapach (etap I - reaktor i budynek techniczny i wiata na osad odwodniony i po higienizacji - stan surowy otwarty; etap II - zakończenie całości wraz z uruchomieniem instalacji – oczyszczalni). W ramach projektu zostanie wybudowana 1 oczyszczalnia ścieków, która zastąpi dotychczasową oczyszczalnię ścieków w Drzycimiu. W rezultacie liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków wyniesie 1 571 RLM, w tym mieszkańcy podłączeni obecnie do sieci kanalizacyjnej, którą ścieki transportowane są do oczyszczalni w Drzycimiu (1335 RLM) oraz ścieki dowożone taborem asenizacyjnym od mieszkańców niekorzystających z sieci kanalizacyjnej (236 RLM). The purpose of the planned project is the construction of a sewage treatment plant in Drzymiu, on plot No 268/1 in the agglomeration of Drzycim of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Assembly of 28 September 2015. the implementation of the project will help to increase the proportion of the population using the wastewater treatment system in compliance with the Urban Waste Water Directive, which is consistent with the objective of Action 4.3 of the 2014-2020 ROP. The need to implement the investment results from the considerable exploitation of the current sewage treatment plant, located at ul. Drzycimiu, ul. Młyn, who will be replaced by the new plant. As part of this proposal, the project will be carried out in two steps (phase I — reactor and technical building and the sludge on drainage and after hygienic condition — raw state; stage II — complete with installation of the plant — plant). The project will build a 1 waste water treatment plant to replace the existing sewage treatment plant in Drzycimiu. As a result, the number of additional persons benefiting from an improved treatment of wastewater will be 1 571 p.e., including the residents connected to the sewage network, which is being transported to the sewage treatment plant in Drzycisu (1335 p.e.), and the waste water being transported to the residents’ non-sewage rolling stock (236 p.e.).
