Projekt obejmuje następujące zadania: Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej i aplikacyjnej; Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Sobkowie (termoizolacja przegród, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewn., wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne, montaż OZE, instalacja trzech liczników ciepła); Nadzór inwestorski; Promocja projektu. Zaplanowano osiągnięcie wskaźników: Wskaźniki produktu: Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków-1szt. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji-606,16m2 Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych-2593,79kWh/rok Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE-1szt. Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami-1szt. Wskaźniki rezultatu: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej-20951,63 kWh/rok Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej-678,67 GJ/rok Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów-2174,84 GJ/rok Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych-172,301[tony równoważnika CO2/rok] Z uwagi na ograniczoną liczbę znaków w tym polu pozostałe wskaźniki, które osiągają wartości zerowe zostały uwzględnione w piśmie przewodnim. Okres realizacji projektu: 06.2020–11.2022 Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza na terenie Gminy Sobków poprzez termomodernizację budynku Urzędu Gminy. Realizacja projektu zapewni wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynku oraz niewątpliwie pozytywnie wpływie na stan środowiska naturalnego w gminie. Projekt wpisuje się w cel działania 3.3 RPO WŚ: „Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków publicznych oraz sektora mieszkaniowego”. Działanie przewiduje obniżenie energochłonności budynków wskutek zmiany w systemach ogrzewania i wentylacji, działań modernizacyjnych budynków wraz z wymianą wyposażenia tych obiektów na energooszczędne. Wszystkie nabywane środki trwałe będą nowe. (Polish)

Indicators are planned to be achieved: Product indicators: Number of energy upgraded buildings-1pcs. Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation-606.16 m² Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings-2 593.79 kWh/year Number of units built to generate electricity from RES-1pcs. Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities-1pcs. Result indicators: Amount of electricity saved-20 951.63 kWh/year Quantity of thermal energy saved-678.67 GJ/year Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of projects-2174.84 GJ/year Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions-172,301[tons of CO2/year] Due to the limited number of characters in this field, the remaining indicators reaching zero values were included in the cover letter. Project implementation period: 06.2020-11.2022 The aim of the project is to improve air quality in the Sobków Commune by thermomodernising the building of the Municipal Office. The implementation of the project will ensure an increase in the energy efficiency of the building and undoubtedly have a positive impact on the state of the environment in the municipality. The project is in line with the objective of Measure 3.3 of the ROP WŚ: “Increased energy efficiency of public buildings and the housing sector”. The action provides for a reduction in the energy intensity of buildings due to the change in heating and ventilation systems, modernisation activities of buildings together with the replacement of the equipment of these buildings with energy-efficient ones. All the fixed assets purchased will be new. (English)
