    The main objective of the project is that through project activities and exchange of experience between project partners the quality of integration of immigrants will be improved. For achieving the objectives and planned results the project aims to organize a mentor programme for immigrants and diversity management activities within the companies for enchancing a better social inclusion of people with immigrant background and raising awareness of the diverse workplaces among companies. As a result the conditions of the target group will be improved. All project activities are developed and carried out in close cross-border cooperation since it requires very accurate and up-to-date understanding of the needs and requirements of the situation in the field of integration in both countries. The cooperation will be very beneficial for both sides since Finnish partner will share its best practice on mentoring of immigrants and Estonian partner will contribute its expertise in developing a peer support that suits specifically Estonians living in Finland. Additional value of the project is a diversity management among involved companies in both contries. The specific objectives are: 1. Through project activities and cross-border exchange of experience between project partners the quality of integration of immigrants will be improved in both countries. 2. Through cooperation activities new contacts and common cross-border cooperation network in the field of integration between partner countries has been created. (English)
