Настоящото проектно предложение цели създаването на Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства, както и ремонт на съществуващ Център за обществена подкрепа в град Казанлък с оглед разширяването на дейността му. Развитието на тези социални услуги е съобразено с Картата на услугите и актуализирания план за изпълнение на Националната стратегия "Визия за деинституционализация на децата в Република България". В резултат на изпълнение на дейностите по проекта ще бъдат реконструирани 2 сгради с обща РЗП от 627 кв. м. Новосъздадените и разширени социални услуги са в съответствие с утвърдени функционални изисквания за тях. Новосъздаденият център ще обслужва 30 деца за дневна грижа и 60 деца за консултативни услуги. След разширяване на дейността на Център за обществена подкрепа той ще обслужва 80 деца. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal aims at the establishment of a Day Care Centre for children with severe multiple disabilities and their families, as well as the renovation of an existing Centre for Public Support in the town of Kazanlak with a view to expanding its activities. The development of these social services is consistent with the Service Map and the updated plan for the implementation of the National Strategy “Vision for deinstitutionalisation of children in the Republic of Bulgaria”. As a result of the implementation of the project activities will be reconstructed 2 buildings with a total built-up area of 627 sq. m. The newly created and extended social services are in line with approved functional requirements for them. The newly created centre will serve 30 children for day care and 60 children for advisory services. After expanding the activities of the Public Support Centre, it will serve 80 children. (English)

Cette proposition de projet vise à créer un centre de garde pour les enfants gravement handicapés multiples et leurs familles, ainsi que la rénovation d’un centre de soutien public existant dans la ville de Kazanlak en vue d’étendre ses activités. Le développement de ces services sociaux est conforme à la carte des services et au plan actualisé de mise en œuvre de la stratégie nationale «Vision pour la désinstitutionnalisation des enfants en République de Bulgarie». À la suite de la mise en œuvre des activités du projet, 2 bâtiments d’une superficie totale de 627 m² seront reconstruits. Les services sociaux nouvellement créés et étendus sont conformes aux exigences fonctionnelles approuvées pour eux. Le nouveau centre accueillera 30 enfants pour la garde de jour et 60 enfants pour des services consultatifs. Après avoir élargi les activités du Centre d ' appui public, il sera au service de 80 enfants. (French)

Ziel dieses Projektvorschlags ist die Einrichtung eines Tagespflegezentrums für Kinder mit schweren Mehrfachbehinderungen und deren Familien sowie die Renovierung eines bestehenden Zentrums für öffentliche Unterstützung in der Stadt Kazanlak mit dem Ziel, seine Aktivitäten auszuweiten. Die Entwicklung dieser sozialen Dienste steht im Einklang mit der Dienstleistungskarte und dem aktualisierten Plan für die Umsetzung der nationalen Strategie „Vision für die Deinstitutionalisierung von Kindern in der Republik Bulgarien“. Durch die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten werden 2 Gebäude mit einer Gesamtfläche von 627 m² rekonstruiert. Die neu geschaffenen und erweiterten Sozialleistungen entsprechen den genehmigten funktionalen Anforderungen für sie. Das neu geschaffene Zentrum dient 30 Kindern für die Tagesbetreuung und 60 Kindern für Beratungsdienste. Nach dem Ausbau der Aktivitäten des öffentlichen Unterstützungszentrums werden 80 Kinder betreut. (German)

Dit projectvoorstel is gericht op de oprichting van een dagopvangcentrum voor kinderen met een ernstige meervoudige handicap en hun gezinnen, alsook op de renovatie van een bestaand Centrum voor overheidssteun in de stad Kazanlak met het oog op de uitbreiding van de activiteiten ervan. De ontwikkeling van deze sociale diensten is in overeenstemming met de dienstenkaart en het geactualiseerde plan voor de uitvoering van de nationale strategie „Bezoek voor deïnstitutionalisering van kinderen in de Republiek Bulgarije”. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van de projectactiviteiten zullen 2 gebouwen worden gereconstrueerd met een totale bebouwde oppervlakte van 627 m². De nieuw gecreëerde en uitgebreide sociale diensten zijn in overeenstemming met goedgekeurde functionele eisen daarvoor. Het nieuw opgerichte centrum serveert 30 kinderen voor dagopvang en 60 kinderen voor adviesdiensten. Na uitbreiding van de activiteiten van het Public Support Centre, zal het 80 kinderen bedienen. La presente proposta di progetto mira all'istituzione di un centro di assistenza diurna per i bambini con gravi disabilità multiple e alle loro famiglie, nonché alla ristrutturazione di un centro esistente di sostegno pubblico nella città di Kazanlak al fine di espandere le sue attività. Lo sviluppo di questi servizi sociali è coerente con la mappa dei servizi e il piano aggiornato per l'attuazione della strategia nazionale "Visione per la deistituzionalizzazione dei bambini nella Repubblica di Bulgaria". A seguito dell'attuazione delle attività del progetto saranno ricostruiti 2 edifici con una superficie totale edificata di 627 mq. I servizi sociali di nuova creazione ed estensione sono in linea con i requisiti funzionali approvati per loro. Il nuovo centro servirà 30 bambini per l'assistenza diurna e 60 bambini per servizi di consulenza. Dopo aver ampliato le attività del Centro pubblico di sostegno, servirà 80 bambini. (Italian)

Esta propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto la creación de un centro de atención diurna para niños con discapacidades múltiples graves y sus familias, así como la renovación de un centro de apoyo público existente en la ciudad de Kazanlak con miras a ampliar sus actividades. El desarrollo de estos servicios sociales es coherente con el Mapa del Servicio y el plan actualizado para la aplicación de la Estrategia Nacional «Visión para la desinstitucionalización de los niños en la República de Bulgaria». Como resultado de la ejecución de las actividades del proyecto se reconstruirán 2 edificios con una superficie total construida de 627 m². Los servicios sociales recientemente creados y ampliados están en consonancia con los requisitos funcionales aprobados para ellos. El centro recién creado atenderá a 30 niños para guarderías y 60 niños a servicios de asesoramiento. Tras ampliar las actividades del Centro de Apoyo al Público, atenderá a 80 niños. (Spanish)
