A projekt keretein belül Beszterecen új étkező helyiség kerül kialakításra. Önkormányzatunk elsődleges célja a belső erőforrásokra épülő, gazdaságélénkítő és foglalkoztatás-ösztönző térségi és helyi gazdaságfejlesztés, ehhez illeszkedve az új ebédlő és melegítő konyha kialakítása, fejlesztése. A területen új épület létesítése fog megvalósulni a szükséges épületgépészeti beruházások végrehajtásával. A projekt célját Beszterec Községben a szociális alapszolgáltatásokon belül, célzottan az étkeztetés körülményeinek fejlesztése képezi. A magyarországi dezintegrációs folyamatok szempontjából három társadalmi csoport tartozik a legveszélyeztetettebbek közé: a leszakadók csoportja, avagy az „underclass” a munkanélküliek, a jövedelmi szegények, illetve a romák társadalmi rétegei. Ezen csoportok összefonódnak, több szálon kapcsolódnak, illetve kiegészülnek a legfiatalabb, illetve a legidősebbek csoportjaival, mint szociális szempontból potenciálisan veszélyeztettek, s a projekt szempontjából az elsődleges célcsoporthoz tartozók. A projekt célja a helyi gazdaság fejlesztése, potenciáljának növelése, munkahelyteremtés, közfoglalkoztatás kiváltása, a település megtartó erejének szinten tartása, növelése Ezek mellett kiemelt figyelmet fordítunk az alacsony iskolai végzettségű, szakképzetlen munkaerő szervezett, irányított foglalkoztatására és az életminőség javítására. A jövedelmi szegénység aránya 2010 óta folyamatosan nő, egyre nehezebbé válik a veszélyeztetett társadalmi csoportba tartozók megélhetése, illetve – e jövedelmi szegénységnövekedésből adódóan – a mindennapi étkezése is bizonytalanná válik. Éppen ezért szeretnénk – jelen pályázati felhívás célkitűzéseivel összhangban – a településen egy olyan lehetőséget biztosítani, ami által nő a szociális szolgáltatások színvonala. Tehát jelen esetben lehetőség nyílik a halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű célcsoportok helyben történő étkeztetésére. A fiatalkorú lakosság szempontjából fontos megtartóerő lehet a helyi általános iskola és óvoda, ahova környező települések gyerekei is bejárnak. A lakosság megtartása szempontjából azonban kiemelten fontos a helyben elérhető szolgáltatások bővítése, ezen belül is a szociális szolgáltatások színvonalának emelése kiemelten fontos településünk számára, mivel ilyen jellegű fejlesztés nem valósult még meg a községben. Településünkön jellemző az idős lakosság magas, és egyre növekvő aránya, amit – jelen pályázat kontextusában – a szociális ellátások alacsony színvonalával lehet párhuzamba állítani. (Hungarian)

Within the framework of the project, a new dining room in Beszterecen will be created. The primary goal of our local government is to develop the economy in the region and local economic development based on internal resources to stimulate economic recovery and employment, in line with this, the development and development of a new dining room and heating kitchen. A new building will be built in the area by implementing the necessary technical building investments. The aim of the project is to improve the conditions of catering in the municipality of Beszterec within the basic social services. Three social groups are among the most vulnerable in terms of disintegration processes in Hungary: the “underclass” group is the social strata of the unemployed, the income poor and the Roma. These groups are intertwined, connected and complemented by the youngest and the oldest groups as potentially socially endangered and belonging to the primary target group for the project. The aim of the project is to develop the local economy, increase its potential, create jobs, replace public employment, maintain and increase the retention power of the settlement. Besides, we pay special attention to the organised, managed employment of a low-skilled, unskilled workforce and to improving the quality of life. The income poverty rate has been steadily increasing since 2010, making it increasingly difficult for people in vulnerable social groups to make their livelihoods more difficult, and as a result of this increase in income poverty, their daily diet is becoming precarious. That is why, in line with the objectives of this call for proposals, we would like to provide an opportunity to improve the quality of social services in the municipality. Thus, in the present case, it is possible to cater for cumulatively disadvantaged target groups on the spot. The local primary school and kindergarten, where children of surrounding settlements also visit, can be an important retainer for the juvenile population. However, it is of utmost importance for the maintenance of the population to expand the services available locally, and in particular to improve the quality of social services for our settlement, as this type of development has not yet been implemented in the village. There is a high and growing proportion of the elderly population in our settlement, which, in the context of the present application, can be compared to the low level of social benefits. (English)

Dans le cadre du projet, une nouvelle salle à manger à Beszterecen sera créée. L’objectif premier de notre gouvernement local est de développer l’économie dans la région et le développement économique local sur la base de ressources internes pour stimuler la reprise économique et l’emploi, conformément à cela, le développement et le développement d’une nouvelle salle à manger et cuisine de chauffage. Un nouveau bâtiment sera construit dans la zone en réalisant les investissements techniques nécessaires. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les conditions de restauration dans la municipalité de Beszterec dans le cadre des services sociaux de base. Trois groupes sociaux figurent parmi les plus vulnérables en ce qui concerne les processus de désintégration en Hongrie: le groupe «sous-classe» est constitué par les couches sociales des chômeurs, des revenus pauvres et des Roms. Ces groupes sont interconnectés, reliés et complétés par les groupes les plus jeunes et les plus âgés, qui sont potentiellement menacés sur le plan social et appartenant au groupe cible principal du projet. L’objectif du projet est de développer l’économie locale, d’accroître son potentiel, de créer des emplois, de remplacer l’emploi public, de maintenir et d’accroître le pouvoir de rétention de l’établissement. En outre, nous accordons une attention particulière à l’emploi organisé et géré d’une main-d’œuvre peu qualifiée et non qualifiée et à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie. Le taux de pauvreté des revenus n’a cessé d’augmenter depuis 2010, ce qui rend de plus en plus difficile pour les personnes appartenant à des groupes sociaux vulnérables de rendre leurs moyens de subsistance plus difficiles et, du fait de cette augmentation de la pauvreté des revenus, leur alimentation quotidienne devient précaire. C’est pourquoi, conformément aux objectifs du présent appel à propositions, nous souhaitons offrir l’occasion d’améliorer la qualité des services sociaux dans la municipalité. Ainsi, en l’espèce, il est possible de prendre en charge sur place des groupes cibles cumulativement défavorisés. L’école primaire et la maternelle locales, où visitent également les enfants des colonies environnantes, peuvent constituer un important facteur de rétention pour la population juvénile. Toutefois, il est de la plus haute importance pour le maintien de la population d’élargir les services disponibles au niveau local et, en particulier, d’améliorer la qualité des services sociaux pour notre peuplement, car ce type de développement n’a pas encore été mis en œuvre dans le village. Il y a une proportion élevée et croissante de la population âgée dans notre établissement, qui, dans le contexte de la présente demande, peut être comparée au faible niveau des prestations sociales.
