Projektas “Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ bus įgyvendinamas kartu su 10 partnerių - teritorinių darbo biržų. Projekto metu bus įgyvendinama vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių kvalifikacijos įgijimo, kompetencijų tobulinimo ir integravimo į darbo rinką didinimo veikla, kuri sieks šių fizinių rodiklių: 1. Numatoma, kad 6.200 vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių, registruotų teritorinėse darbo biržose, bus įtraukti į profesinį mokymą ir neformalų švietimą. 2. Numatoma, kad 7.680 vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių, registruotų teritorinėse darbo biržose, bus įtraukti į įdarbinimą subsidijuojant. 3..Numatoma, kad 120 vyresnių negu 54 metų bedarbių, registruotų teritorinėse darbo biržose, bus įtraukti į bedarbių teritorinio judumo rėmimą. Projektas “Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ sieks šio produkto rodiklio: 1. Vyresni nei 54 metų bedarbiai, dalyvavę ESF veiklose – 14.000. Projektas “Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ sieks šių rezultato rodiklių: 1.Vyresni nei 54 metų bedarbiai, kurie baigę dalyvauti ESF veiklose įgijo kvalifikaciją,- 42 procentai arba 5.880. 2.Vyresni nei 54 metų bedarbiai, kurie baigę dalyvauti ESF veiklose pradėjo dirbti, įskaitant savarankišką darbą, - 35 procentai arba 4.900. Vyresni negu 54 metų bedarbiai profesinio mokymo ir neformalaus švietimo metu galės įgyti ar (ir) tobulinti kvalifikacijas ir (arba) įgyti kompetencijų, jeigu tai reikalinga įsidarbinti laisvose darbo vietose ar pradėti dirbti savarankiškai. Projekto dalyviai, įdarbinti subsidijuojant, galės įsitvirtinti darbo rinkoje arba įsidarbinti. Bedarbių teritorinio judumo rėmimas paskatins bedarbius įsidarbinti darbo vietose, nutolusiose nuo jų gyvenamosios vietos, kai teritorinė darbo birža negali pasiūlyti bedarbiams tinkamo darbo. Lietuvos darbo biržos parengtas projektas „Vyresnio amžiaus bedarbių rėmimas“ prisidės prie darbo rinkos paklausos ir pasiūlos suderinamumo, spartins nedirbančių vyresnio amžiaus asmenų įsitvirtinimą darbo rinkoje. The project “Supporting older unemployed people” will be implemented together with 10 partners — territorial labour exchanges. During the project, activities will be implemented for the acquisition of qualifications, skills development and integration into the labour market of unemployed people over 54 years of age, which will seek the following physical indicators: 1. It is estimated that 6.200 unemployed over 54 years old registered at the territorial labour markets will be included in vocational training and non-formal education. 2. It is estimated that 7.680 unemployed over 54 years of age registered at the territorial labour offices will be included in the recruitment with a subsidy. 3..It is expected that 120 unemployed persons over 54 years of age registered at the territorial labour markets will be included in supporting the territorial mobility of the unemployed. The project “Supporting older unemployed” will seek the following output indicator: 1. Unemployed persons over 54 years of age who have participated in ESF activities: 14.000. The project “Supporting the older unemployed” will seek the following result indicators: 1.Employees over 54 years of age who have obtained a qualification at the end of their participation in ESF activities- 42 % or 5.880. 2.The unemployed under 54 years of age who entered employment, including self-employment, after leaving the ESF, are 35 % or 4.900. Unemployed persons over 54 years of age will be able to acquire or/and develop qualifications and/or competences during vocational training and non-formal education if this is necessary for job vacancies or self-employment. Participants in the project, who are recruited on the basis of a subsidy, will be able to establish themselves in the labour market or take up employment. Supporting the territorial mobility of the unemployed will encourage unemployed people to take up jobs away from their place of residence, where the territorial labour office is unable to offer the unemployed a decent job. The project “Supporting older unemployed people” prepared by the Lithuanian Labour Exchange will contribute to the matching of labour market demand and supply, and will accelerate the position of unemployed older people in the labour market. Le projet «Soutien aux chômeurs âgés» sera mis en œuvre en collaboration avec 10 partenaires — les bourses territoriales du travail. Au cours du projet, des activités seront mises en œuvre pour l’acquisition de qualifications, le développement des compétences et l’intégration sur le marché du travail des chômeurs de plus de 54 ans, qui rechercheront les indicateurs physiques suivants: 1. On estime que 6 200 chômeurs de plus de 54 ans inscrits sur les marchés du travail territoriaux seront inclus dans la formation professionnelle et l’éducation non formelle. 2. On estime que 7,680 chômeurs de plus de 54 ans inscrits dans les bureaux territoriaux de l’emploi seront inclus dans le recrutement avec une subvention. 3. Il est prévu que 120 chômeurs de plus de 54 ans inscrits sur les marchés du travail territoriaux seront inclus dans le soutien à la mobilité territoriale des chômeurs. Le projet «Soutien aux chômeurs âgés» cherchera à obtenir l’indicateur de réalisation suivant: 1. Chômeurs de plus de 54 ans ayant participé à des activités du FSE: 14.000. Le projet «Soutien aux chômeurs âgés» visera les indicateurs de résultats suivants: 1.Les salariés de plus de 54 ans qui ont obtenu une qualification à la fin de leur participation aux activités du FSE — 42 % ou 5,880. 2.Les chômeurs de moins de 54 ans qui ont accédé à un emploi, y compris un travail indépendant, après avoir quitté le FSE, sont 35 % ou 4.900. Les chômeurs de plus de 54 ans seront en mesure d’acquérir ou/ou de développer des qualifications et/ou des compétences au cours de la formation professionnelle et de l’éducation non formelle si cela est nécessaire pour des offres d’emploi ou un travail indépendant. Les participants au projet, recrutés sur la base d’une subvention, pourront s’établir sur le marché du travail ou occuper un emploi. Le soutien à la mobilité territoriale des chômeurs encouragera les chômeurs à prendre un emploi en dehors de leur lieu de résidence, lorsque l’office territorial de l’emploi n’est pas en mesure d’offrir un emploi décent aux chômeurs. Le projet «Soutien aux chômeurs âgés», élaboré par la Bourse lituanienne du travail, contribuera à l’adéquation de la demande et de l’offre du marché du travail et accélérera la situation des chômeurs âgés sur le marché du travail. Das Projekt „Unterstützung älterer Arbeitsloser“ wird zusammen mit 10 Partnern – territorialer Arbeitsaustausch – durchgeführt. Während des Projekts werden Maßnahmen für den Erwerb von Qualifikationen, die Entwicklung von Kompetenzen und die Integration von Arbeitslosen über 54 Jahren in den Arbeitsmarkt durchgeführt, wobei folgende physikalische Indikatoren angestrebt werden: 1. Es wird geschätzt, dass 6,200 Arbeitslose über 54 Jahre alt, die auf den territorialen Arbeitsmärkten registriert sind, in die Berufsausbildung und die nichtformale Bildung einbezogen werden. 2. Es wird geschätzt, dass 7,680 Arbeitslose über 54 Jahre, die bei den örtlichen Arbeitsämtern registriert sind, in die Einstellung mit einem Zuschuss einbezogen werden. 3..Es wird erwartet, dass 120 Arbeitslose über 54 Jahre, die auf den territorialen Arbeitsmärkten registriert sind, in die Unterstützung der territorialen Mobilität von Arbeitslosen einbezogen werden. Im Projekt „Unterstützung älterer Arbeitsloser“ wird folgender Outputindikator gesucht: 1. Arbeitslose über 54 Jahre, die an ESF-Aktivitäten teilgenommen haben: 14.000. Im Rahmen des Projekts „Unterstützung älterer Arbeitsloser“ werden folgende Ergebnisindikatoren angestrebt: 1.Arbeitnehmer über 54 Jahre, die am Ende ihrer Teilnahme an ESF-Tätigkeiten eine Qualifikation erworben haben – 42 % oder 5,880. 2.Die Arbeitslosen unter 54 Jahren, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem ESF in eine Erwerbstätigkeit eingetreten sind, sind 35 % bzw. 4.900. Arbeitslose über 54 Jahre werden in der Lage sein, während der Berufsausbildung und der nicht formalen Bildung Qualifikationen und/oder Kompetenzen zu erwerben oder/oder zu entwickeln, wenn dies für freie Stellen oder selbstständige Erwerbstätigkeit erforderlich ist. Teilnehmer des Projekts, die auf der Grundlage eines Zuschusses eingestellt werden, können sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt niederlassen oder eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen. Durch die Förderung der territorialen Mobilität von Arbeitslosen werden Arbeitslose dazu angehalten, Arbeitsplätze außerhalb ihres Wohnorts aufzunehmen, wo das örtliche Arbeitsamt den Arbeitslosen keinen menschenwürdigen Arbeitsplatz bieten kann. Das von der litauischen Arbeitsbörse vorbereitete Projekt „Unterstützung älterer Arbeitsloser“ wird dazu beitragen, Nachfrage und Angebot auf dem Arbeitsmarkt abzustimmen und die Stellung arbeitsloser älterer Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu beschleunigen.
